Beds need to be changed out Hallways need air conditioned Front entrance needs gutters fixed

Pros: Close to interstate
Cons: Cleanliness
Dirty filthy carpet in the hallway. Outdated dirty bathroom. "You know what" on the toilet rim and seat.

The hotel staff was really nice. But the cleanliness of the hotel was awful and had a lot of things broken. Will not be staying in this hotel ever again and will not recommend this hotel to anybody.

I apologize for being 2 months late on answering. I hate that your experience was not a positive one and hope you will try us again. We took control of this hotel March 13, 2017 and have faced many hurdles. We continue making progress daily. The hotel and room met my needs. The staff was very helpful in providing additional items that I needed for this stay that were not part of the room amenities.

We arrived about 5:30 on Friday and the front desk clerk was sitting outside. When we left for the day about 8:30 the next morning, she was still outside. It was useless to call the front desk to inquire about directions or wake-up call because there was NO answer. I cannot believe this woman's job is to sit outside.

Never again!!

Our sheets were dirty!! The bathroom was filthy! The tub had hair and dirt in it. The toilet was gross!! We had to clean the room ourselves!! So we could bathe and lay down. There was old condoms left in the dresser. Shows me they don't deep clean.. As we went in and out the hotel.... Certain workers were on their phones while working. Which is probably why the room wasn't touched. There's no microwave or fridge. Not even a ice machine in the hall. We had to go to the first floor EVERYTIME. The room wasn't big enough either.. Then the so called free breakfast?? No bacon, sausage, eggs, etc. Just biscuit and gravy with waffles you have to make..I'll never book here again

Concert

The room was OK, except for a couple of lights not working,the entrance light and the light over the desk. The train passed at least four times during the night blowing it's horn, quite a disturbance. Overall the room was clean and hospitable. Desk people were very nice and courteous. Breakfast items were limited. Would stay again because of proximity to our visit.
