Dissatisfied

First, the room was not ready by the guaranteed time. Second, the front desk supv/mgr was extremely rude & unprofessional. The ice machine on my floor was out of order. The bathtub was stopped up. There was no refrigerator. The coffee maker in the room did not work.

Needs maintenance updated

All fans in bathrooms need replaced When guest are trying to sleep, the noises of the fans and shower noises wakes up other guest. Walk through should be done by owners or sell if you can't do an update.

ok for a night on the road

Pros: breakfast
breakfast was very good. Room was so so. there was mold in the dresser so the room had a musty smell. otherwise it was reasonably clean and comfortable. Price seemed fair.

Priced value

Pros: The price was a good value.
Cons: The bathrooms is in need of updating
Location: The hotel sits very close to railroad tracks, I think the train may have come by a couple of times, about 10min away from casinos
The overall condition of the hotel ok for the price range but the room was a little dated and starting to show.

Very Nice Hotel

Pros: It is close to everything. I visit my son and it is only 15 minutes from his home as well as being across from two different restaurants.
Cons: The air condition was a little noisy but once it was on awhile it just hummed, like it is suppose to do.
Location: There are two eating establishments directly across the parking lot, in walking distance. No need to drive. Close to Walmart and a shopping mall.
Nice, clean hotel, Close to shopping and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again. Wish their breakfast was a little more. The pancake machine was broken the three days I stayed but other than that, I thought the whole experience would rate an "A". I found no fault with the location or area. Easy to reach off of the interstate.

Conveniently Located and Accommodating

The rates were competitive and the facility was nice. The staff was cordial and polite. Just off I-20 and near Barksdale. My only problem was my door card failed to open my room on the second day of my two day stay and I had to go to the front desk to have it reprogrammed. It would be nice if there was an entrance on the rear side (eastside) of the building so when using the rear parking lot you didn't have to walk around the motel to access the facility.

Nice place

Nice place other than having to search for an ice machine due to several being empty. I would recommend this place.

The staff was very friendly .Made me feel welcomed as soon as i walked in. The lobby was very nice and clean. The carpet in hallway and stair well were not in great shape. Looked as they should be replaced due to several stains.

Needed rest before a presentation

Very nice property, excellent bed and room, train nearby was a surprise, location is near the large mall, I-20, and is the closest hotel to the north gate of Barksdale Air Force Base - which was perfect for me. Breakfast was a good Quality/Comfort Inn breakfast with lots of options and good coffee. I will return.
