Bad lighting - unable to read in bed. No closet space and drawer space, we had one washcloth in bathroom - did not like glass bathroom door - my husband had to prep for day surgery and when he used the bathroom the light illuminated the entire room - solid pocket or barn door would have been much better. No ice machine in our floor - checked other floors - again no ice. Cold during the night - comforter was more suitable to July- bed was too hard - I think I’ll stick with Hilton next time o travel - everything there was much higher end - and parking at $45 was exorbitant! Would not recommend your hotel to friends.
