Copley House staff were very friendly and helpful. Although the room was quite tight it was in good condition and clean. Presumably because it was a converted town house there was some internal noise transmission from other rooms but everything quietened down enough for a good nights sleep. The location ...
We we arrived there was a very unhappy man at counter raising his voice and being rude to lady at the desk. She was very patient and calm and handled him well...we spoke up and said she did not create the problem and is only trying to help you......A+ to her! Although I didn't get her name she deserves ...
Almost didn't find the place even though signposted as access is down the side of a building site on a road clearly damaged and narrowed by the building activity. I wasn't sure it was right road at first.
The staff was incredible. We weren't at the Hotel very much, as we were at my friends wedding. The breakfast on Sunday was great. Room was very large and fit our needs. The hotel was centralized so very easy to get to our location.
We enjoyed our stay. Will return. Wish we had known it was next door to Costco, as a visitor it would be easier to find as it is set back from Newbury.
Roomy. It was more of an apartment rather than a hotel room. Air conditioning handled the bedroom adequately but the living room and kitchen was quite warm.
Our view was spectacular. Room was conveniently located to Harvard and Fenway. Beds were not very comfortable and AC wasn't working very well. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Booked two rooms for our six family members. Rooms are large and very clean. Loved this hotel and the price was exceptional. Very quiet. Do not hesitate!
Staff stayed late to welcome me after my flight was delayed by several hours. They went out of their way to ensure I felt welcomed and were wonderful! Room was excellent too. Beautiful location right on Charles river trail.
On short notice, I found I had two days in Boston but no hotel. With amazing luck, I found Global Luxury Suites just a block away from Fenway Park. I managed to get tickets for Saturday and Sunday games for under $30, and this suite for a lesser or similar rate to other hotels in the area. The suite ...
Check in was efficient. Enjoyed our selections at breakfasts. Smoking area appreciated.
