Really nice hotel right along the water.

Pros: Very clean. Big rooms.
Cons: Not much.
Location: Location is great. Right up against the water.
Very clean rooms. Spacious. Great value for the money. Right up on the water in a good area of the city. There's a lot to like in this hotel.

Perfect View of the Water

We had an excellent time during our stay here. The location was perfectly within walking distance of tons of restaurants. The staff was extremely helpful but the room was amazing. We had a suite with windows on 3 sides all facing the water. If they provided slippers we could not find any. Also, if you are interested in an upper floor which my husband always wants, the highest floor is 2. We had reservations about the view but it really was amazing, you could see the shops go by and felt closer to the water almost as if you were on the water.

Pros: The staff was awesome! Every interaction went well and they were all very friendly and helpful.
Location: The hotel was walking distance to most of the city's historical sites and subway stations.
Everything about this hotel was positive. The room was large and clean and in a pretty good location.

Great location

Close to so many attractions. We walked everywhere we went for three days. Beautiful and well-kept facility. Very friendly staff. Only complaint is that there was no complementary breakfast or reception. For the price we paid we are used to that but not sure it's even an option in Boston.

Very high-end hotel

We stayed at this hotel in building 5 in July of 2017 and found it to be very high-end and quite fancy. The staff at the front desk are not great and seem short tempered when overhearing any transactions they had with other guests, but overall fine. The rooms are very clean and nice. The bed was a bit lumpy. The shower amazing. The walk in front of the waterfront is a great place to have a coffee in the morning or just sit in the evening. Stay away from the restaurant in the hotel. Mike's pastry and Regina Pizzaria, Alton with many other North-End favorites are close by. The closest subway station is at least a 20 minute walk.

Nice hotel and within walking distance of TD Garde

Pros: Liked the walk way down to the wharf and harbor
Cons: Stop charging such a ridiculous amount for parking your car
Very nice and convenient for the concert that we saw at TD Gardens.

Ridiculous lack of management at battery wharf

Battery wharf is a nice property that is very poorly managed The staff is nice but excuting poorly and very understaffed. We had to wait 25 minutes to be seated in their restaurant for a buffet breakfast. 80 percent of the tables were empty of people but full of dirty dishes that had not been bused. A high school kid could have solved. We also had to wait 15 minutes to get our luggage out of the car because they did not have enough luggage racks. They had staff to move the luggage but no carts Room keys also repeatedly did not work in their mag locks system Everything negative that we experienced could be fixed very quickly with the right management
