I could not believe that I'm in a Boston Hotel and i can't watch the New England Patriots play live in my room on Sunday night. My only complaint ( a big one ) Otherwise very nice !

Decent place to stay. Several buildings that are

Standard hotel but pricey for the amenities. Several building that are not conncected. Felt more like a dorm than a hotel. No security or desk staff in the buildings that are not the main “hotel building”.

Pretty, Quiet, on the Water

Posted Oct 16, 2017
Pros: Quiet, pretty, private, super friendly staff
Cons: Parking Fee
Location: North End dining, Ferry trips, shopping, waterfront dining and walking
We had a great stay at the Battery Wharf Hotel this past weekend. It was quiet and along the waterfront in the North End. I went for a long walk along the wharfs Saturday morning, just lovely. The room was great and the staff was very nice. Great dining options nearby. The restaurant has outdoor fire pits and although we didn't have a chance to do it ourselves, you can roast s'mores! We did not eat in the restaurant so we can't review it. My husband and I plan to stay again. It is probably busier during the week but if you are looking for a quiet, romantic and comfortable hotel I highly recommend it. The only comment I will make is the parking is very expensive- $50- and it took us a very long time to get our car from the valet but they were nice enough to remove the charge from the bill. The second night we parked at a lot right next door thinking it would be $27 but when leaving we were charged $44- " you have to leave by 6 a.m."- doesn't say that anywhere until you check out so be careful. We love cities, lived in NYC for years, but we love staying on the edge of them ( i.e. Battery Park in NYC) and then venturing into the thick of things- if this is your style, DEFINITELY stay at The Battery Wharf Hotel.

Great Location

Posted Oct 10, 2017
Pros: The hotel is located on Boston Harbor. Also the quiet and cleanliness of the hotel.
Location: The hotel is situated right near Hanover Street, the home of wonderful Italian restaurants and Mike's Pastry Shop which sells the best cannolis.
Wish we could have enjoyed the hotel longer....we went to Bruno Mars Concert and just stayed one night. We had a great time!

Staff was arrogant

Posted Oct 7, 2017
Pros: Bed was comfortable. Good coffee-machine.
Cons: Staff training, when you ask something they take a shortcut to bad customer service.
Location is good, quiet and safe, but staff is just plain unhelpful, with an attitude, especially the concierge. Many oddities, shower was clunky to use, many sharp angles in bathroom, few plugs, could not open windows, room brigade barged into room without knocking at 8am. Will not stay again.

The suite was more than spacious, comfortable, and clean and the privacy was like no other. The staff was polite and very accommodating. We will stay here again if we are lucky enough to come back to Boston.

Excellent location for TD Garden Roger Waters USA + THEM tour. Bathroom and bed and linens to die for. So when it’s time to go, this is one for the Death by Hotel final tour. Waterfront walkways beautiful too. 🌞

No frills but nice

Shame they were relaying a road outside during our stay. We went for the cheaper queen bed room but surprised how big the room was. Close to city centre but far enough away not to be noisy. The restaurant in a different block could Have had more choice for dinner. All in all a pleasant stay
