Staff is amazing, great location and you can't beat the view overlooking the harbor!!!

Weekend get away

My husband and I traveled to Boston for the seafood. We travel ALOT and this was the one of the nicest resorts that we've stayed at in the US so far. Large, spacious rooms, great restaurant that served an amazing buffet and the staff was SUPER friendly and helpful!!

Very good hotel

Great location and very attentive and professional staff. Bathrooms could use some updating (bathtub shower w curtain), but a very good hotel.

Waterfront luxury hotel

Service from staff was exceptional. Modern,clean and spacious room. Central location in downtown within walking distance of lots of restaurants.

Expected more from a 5 star hotel

Pros: Great location
Cons: Check with guests before upgrading to a handicapped room it does not suit everyone. Put a coffee make in the rooms
Location: We had a function in the Wharf Room that was lovely
Upgraded to a handicapped room with a bathroom that the door could not open without pressing a button and made a lot of noise and then the door closed automatically. There was not coffee maker in the room you had to order coffee from room service or leave the hotel to get some. No corkscrew in the room had to call down and request one. The TV kept going in and out. Very disappointing stay for such nice hotel.

Everything is perfect. There are a lot of restaurants near the hotel, nice location, nice stuff. I'll back when I come to Boston next time

The hotel and room could not have been cleaner. Everything was gorgeous and well taken care of, and the staff was extremely friendly and attentive. Perfect experience for a weekend trip to Boston, the location could not have been better!
