One night in BostonPosted Sep 27, 2015
We were in the area for a wedding and wanted to spend a night in Boston. Searched for a hotel that would be close to the Freedom Trail and choose the Charlesmark. Although small, it was very comfortable and the staff was welcoming and very helpful.

Great boutique hotelPosted Sep 16, 2015
Pros: The front Desk was amazing!!! So nice and helpful. They honored every one of my requests.
Cons: Air condition was a little loud.
Location: Close to Newbury Street - lots of shopping!
The staff was amazing. I didn't realize that I booked a full size bed. They addressed this immediately by giving us a larger room.

Fabulous location..Posted Sep 5, 2015
Small room, but the hotel was perfect. Restaurants, shopping, T-stop so close. Great bagels for breakfast. Highly recommend.

No hot water. All you could drink was offered. I guess to make you forget you weren't ckean and fresh. Very disappointed

We stayed for two nights. The room was clean, quiet, and very close to a T station. The parking garage is a bit of a walk, but there's not much they can do about that. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

We booked last minute not knowing what to expect. Greeted by friendly front desk clerk, room was clean. We were more than satisfied with everything. Highly recommended.

Boston Gem. Great Value!Posted Jul 17, 2015
Pros: Rooms were small but really spared no necessary amenity. Very clever how they fit it all in. Bed was great. Hotel was quiet and price was a bargain.
Location: Both Boylston Street and Newberry (one street over) have a wide selection of excellent restaurants and bars. Boston Library is across the street.
This is a terrific hotel, well located and excellent value. It is a small boutique hotel that is very well thought out. Rooms are not large but very well planned and equiped. I wish all my boutique hotel ventures turned out as well as this one. Clear recommendation and this will be where I stay in Boston going forward.

Great location, nice peoplePosted Jul 11, 2015
Pros: Easy check-in and out, easy complimentary breakfast, simple, modern, uncluttered rooms, and comfortable beds. Close to transit and restaurants.
Cons: No suggestions.
Location: Boston subway at the corner, Copley Square at the corner, lots of restaurants, shopping on Newbury nearby.
Checked in after long flight from San Francisco to Boston on a day when United had system-wide delays. Took the easy express bus from Logan to Copley Square - hotel is just steps away. Easy check-in, nice, clean, comfortable room. Sleek, uncluttered rooms. My room had a street view, good, but sad, it looks right out on the finish line of the Boston Marathon, marked on the pavement. Breakfast is quick and self serve - coffee, pastry and bagels, and orange juice.
