Friendly, accommodating and comfortablePosted Nov 26, 2015
Having stayed 5 nights in a so called 'luxury hotel' coming to Copley Square Hotel was such a relief to see that this really was a class hotel. From being offered complimentary umbrellas because it was raining outside, to the wine reception every evening our stay was just fantastic. All hotel staff were warm and helpful and Our room was very spacious and the bed was huge and comfortable. when we return to Boston we shall certainly be looking to stay here again

Great Hotel!Posted Nov 3, 2015
Cons: Coffee in the rooms!
Location: Fantastic location! Everything was within walking distance. (Freedom Trail, Restaurants, Shopping) We didn't get in a cab once!
I am an Expedia Elite Member and when arrived at the hotel we were upgraded to a Premier Edge Room which was absolutely lovely! The front desk staff was friendly and very informational as we had never been to Boston before. They gave us great recommendations for restaurants.

Good location, adequate facilitiesPosted Oct 20, 2015
Cons: Upgrade facilities.
The hotel is in an ideal location but is old and the rooms are tight, tight, tight. Staff were polite but not warm, late check-out was tantalizingly dangled only to be ripped away, coffee was cold, shampoo not replaced in bathroom, ditto soap, towels bedraggled.

Nice Hotel, Cozy, great locationPosted Oct 18, 2015
Cons: Coffee/tea in room.
This is a terrific boutique hotel. The staff is wonderful, the room was very attractive, and felt cozy. If they had a coffee maker in the room, it would be perfect. Also, I had trouble figuring out how to get decent water pressure in the shower. The location is great. I live in a suburb 20 miles from Boston and come in once a month or so to go to the theatre and the museums and spend the night. I have stayed at most of the hotels in the Copely Sq/South end area, including the Westin and the Marriott, and this is one of my favorites so far.

Great hotel. Good servicePosted Oct 17, 2015
Hotel is at a great location to many things in Boston. Room didn't come with a refrigerator but the front desk had one sent up kindly. The service is great. I have stayed here a few times now. I would definitely recommend.

Charming historic hotel in a perfect locationPosted Oct 15, 2015
Pros: Comfortable and clean with a great location. Close to public transportation. Helpful and friendly staff throughout the hotel.
Location: Very close to Copley Square, Boston Public Library, and Trinity Church. Easy walking distance to Boston Public Garden and Boston Common.
Excellent location in the Back Bay area of Boston. Within walking distance to shopping and many restaurants. Friendly staff and very comfortable rooms. Complimentary wine tasting each evening was a nice touch!
