Historic area, beautiful view

Enjoyed the stay over 4 days. Room is very, very small and furnishings were a bit worn.. not very pleasing looking overall. Was very clean and the staff did a good job of hospitality.

Great staff . Extremely knowable of area & friendly. We enjoyed the lobby treats. Coffee, tea, hot cocoa & wine. Great location. Hotel is nicely preserved. Extremely clean

Nice Hotel

Staff was extremely nice and helpful. The room was very clean. The only thing we did not like is that you can hear the shower of other rooms. The sound began at 8 am and it made it impossible for me to go back to sleep

Modern, Clean Hotel with a Great Location

My experience at Copley Square Hotel in Boston, MA was wonderful overall. Upon walking in, the hotel was very lovely and asthetically pleasing to the eye. It feels very modern and new, which I appreciated. The front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful, making sure that the check-in/out process was speedy and efficient. The wifi in the hotel worked well overall too. My room, specifically, was a little on the small side, but the bed was comfortable and all of the amenities were present, minus a refrigerator that was missing. The thermostat seemed to be a little buggy and the water pressure in the shower was hard, but those would be my only two complaints. Other than these minor issues, I greatly enjoyed my stay in the room. The hotel cleaning staff were prompt and did a great job. The best part of my hotel experience was how close the lodging was in respect to restaurants and tourist attractions in the city. It was in the perfect location in a great area of Boston (Back Bay) and I couldnt have asked for more than that. I would definitely recommend this hotel to a friend!

Nice, clean hotel with friendly, helpful staff

Pros: Clean, comfortable rooms. Good food on the menu. Great location. Most important, great staff
Cons: The only issue, and it was minor, was that we waited quite a long time after making our order to actually get our food. It was very good food.
Location: You can walk to the green line, we visited the Boston Science museum. Copley Square is beautiful, as well. Wish we could have stayed longer!
We very much enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly, the room was clean. There is an awesome grocery store with delicious, ready-made food just around the corner within walking distance. The breakfast was delicious, although it took a bit of a wait to get our food. The server made sure that we always had full coffee, so it wasn't so bad. An employee at the front desk was very nice and helped us store our bags on check out day so we could go to the museums before catching our flight home. He also arranged our car ride so we felt well taken care of and could enjoy our day.

Everything is excellent on this hotel,the staff really not friendly.When I found my Debit card was charged for bottle water fees,I call them they said they charged unable to refund even though it shows on Expedia free bottle of water in room.And I contacted the Expedia customer service,they tolad them I ask the room service for another bottle,but I didn't.Then Expedia refund to me.I won't stay there again ,because front desk just like a lier. Really bad experience for this time .

Great Location

Pros: Close to lots of attractions. Walkable to lots of Boston's highlights.
Cons: Lower the price of parking.
Location: Close to Boston Coomon and great shopping.
Friendly staff. Nice room. Great bed. Hotel decor is elegant and appropriate to the hotel.

Nice hotel very close to Copley Square

Pros: 4 stars from Expedia + very good price.
Cons: Could the management put a small refrigerator into the room?
Location: One block from the Library. Plenty of good restaurants, bars, excellent public transportation, museums, etc.
Everything was fine. Very clean room, large TV, bar and kitchen downstairs. My room did not have a refrigerator.
