This hotel is in a great location with lots of options nearby. HOWEVER, the hotel claims that a room with a King bed and a pullout sleeps four people. The pullout bed is NOT a full bed,as advertised....it is a TWIN!!! Unless you're gonna put 3 people in a King bed, someone is gonna be sleeping on the floor. We requested roll away beds and they stated they didn't have any so one person did indeed have to sleep on the floor. We asked for extra pillows and blankets because there was not much concern for the problem at the front desk when it was explained that 1 person had to sleep on the floor because we were misled. Great hotel but no way on Earth should the Hotel be claiming that the King rooms sleep 4 people!!!!

We have stayed in this location twice and love how convenient it is to everything. The room is super comfortable. Plus, it smells fabulous when you walk in. We even got to see the famous Brookline Turkeys in the courtyard.

Stayed here three times this year and TV didn’t work twice.. Bed was not comfortable and pillows were CHEAP! And tiny. No complimentary coffee so two small cups of coffee costed over $13. We have to travel to Boston monthly for treatment and unfortunately we will not be staying here. On a positive note, the staff and service is very friendly and a pleasure to deal with.

It is a nice location. Many options for dining and shopping. Close to the T. The bathroom could use renovation; or, at the very least, a good scrubbing, perhaps a maintenance person could spend an hour repairing the wallpaper. Price for overnight parking was exorbitant, so I parked off-property for half the price. The desk staff was competent, but not cheerful, a bit bored and distracted.

A very pleasant experience overall. Beautiful, spacious, light-filled suite. All of the hotel staff very nice and helpful, particularly Sheila in house keeping. We received a free room upgrade on check-in, without even having to ask. Nice amenities for a hotel of this class. Starbucks cafe in lobby, fireplace, courtyard, etc. Convenient self-parking garage under hotel with direct elevator access to lobby.

The gate to the garage was broken for both days of my stay, and getting in and out was 10 minutes long just for one car. They charged my credit card an extra $100 because of the broken unit. When I opened the Fridge to take out my food, it was warm after sitting two days in a broken fridge! . I threw out $50 worth of food.

Disappointed!
We came down to boston for a day surgery. The room rate was fair and then I was surprised when I found out that there is a fifty dollar parking fee. We were in your hotel four less than fourteen hours and we had to pa fifty dollars to park there. Outrageous! The room was clean. The pillows however, were old and worn out. In the shower there were three dispensers. I was unable to read what each one was for. The front desk girl was very polite and helpful but was extremely difficult to understand. I am speculating that she is a foreign exchange student.
