Great place to stay before early flight from Logan

Easy to get to airport, shuttles run all the time. Staff very helpful and pleasant in hotel as well as restaurant in the hotel.

Comfortable and clean

The location was great for the airport, shuttle service was reliable at every 15 mins, beds very comfortable, staff were professional. Good value.

I wish I could say it was great but I can't the truth is far from. The buffet was edible but far from impressive. The scrambled eggs were old and only warm, the bacon while crispy wasn't even close to hot. At $17 a plate and $3 for juice I expected much better. The shuttle service forgot me outside and I spent 30+ minutes in the cold waiting for them to come get me. (The rude operator at the desk informed me the driver came by before and I must have missed him from my outside vantage point...) The cleaning staff is great and the room was very nice and comfortable. Unfortunately that can't save this terrible experience.

Nice hotel near airport

Staff very friendly and hotel is beautiful. The room was both clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend this if you were looking for a place to stay near the airport

Very Good Spot,

We needed a place to stay for our last 2 days in the Boston area. We were in town to close the sale of an estate home...and it was completely empty. Our 2 nights were comfortable, warm, clean, and quiet. The closeness to Logan Airport worked perfectly (it took about 8 minutes to get to rental car return and hand over the keys. We ate in the restaurant which was very good. Give them a try!!

Early AM Wake Up

Cons: Customer service.
There was an issue with running the credit card at check-in that the staff did not catch at the time. I was woken up at 2AM to come down to the front desk and re-run the charge. After a long travel day the evening prior, I was less than thrilled this couldn't wait until a decent hour.

Nice hotel close to the airport. 24 hr shuttle.

Pros: Proximity to airport with the 24 hour shuttle. Seat belts in shuttle made it easy with kids and car seats.
Cons: Hallway lighting was a little dark. Seemed a bit dreary but when we got in our rooms everything was nice.
Location: All we did was sleep and take an early flight out.
Nice hotel with very helpful staff. The rooms were nice and our request for adjoining rooms and pack and play was honored. 24 hr shuttle. Small "grocery" area was appreciated!

Did not allow any changes to the reservation

The courtyard by Marriott would not allow any changes and since my flight was changed I could not use the hotel room. I will never again choose a hotel without some kind of cancellation ability
