部屋自体は広くて快適Posted Nov 25, 2015

Great Rooms!Posted Nov 24, 2015
Pros: The room was spacious and spotless. The decor was engaging. All the amenities were neatly organized and handy to use. The staff was very helpful and v
Cons: I would add more than one burger to the menu and I would add a ribeye steak. Really nothing to add to that. The rooms and all were really great.
Location: The hotel is very near the airport and has a shuttle bus that runs every 15 minutes 24 hours a day. There were lots of things to do in the area.
This was a wonderful place to hunker down for the night. I only stayed one, but would love to comeback and stay longer. The staff was helpful from the start. They had a lot of information and suggestions about what to do in the area and what the hotel had to offer.

The check in staff gave us keys that didn't work...twice, then gave another guest keys to our room (fortunately they didn't work either), and acted like I was bothering them every time I talked to them about it. I found out later that they use old technology for their cards which contributes to the problem.

Right next to Logan!Posted Nov 24, 2015
Departing out of Logan, GPS lead me to the hotel from the wrong direction. After 20 mins of driving around I realized that I needed to follow signs for the airport before locations the enterance on harbor side

great stayPosted Nov 23, 2015
Hotel is right next to the airport (Logan). The suit is very cheap compared to other places, includes a small living room with couch and tv, sink with coffee maker, mini fridge, and microwave, dinning room table, and bedroom. Great for a weekend getaway!

Not a good stay at allPosted Nov 8, 2015
Pros: My room has an beautiful view of the Boston skyline at night, including the Leonard Zakim bridge lit up in purple.
First a warning: Neither Google nor the iPhone map app can find this hotel... Google tries to take you down roads that no longer exist, and both drop you off at the back of the hotel, on the other side of a barricade. The staff are aware of this issue and have a canned set of instructions ready when you call them; not sure why nobody's tried to get this fixed, yet. To get there, enter the Boston Logan Airport as your destination. Watch for the signs that say "Hotels -->", then "Embassy Suites". When you get there, ignore the signs that say "Authorized Traffic Only" - that's where you need to go. Which segues to the second issue. The "Optional Valet Parking" for $40 is not optional. If you drive a car there, it can only be parked by the hotel, and you will have to pay the $40 -- "Optional" means you don't have to pay if you take the shuttle. I would not have chosen this hotel if that had been clearer. The staff was indifferent at best to my complaint, dismissing me with "it's on the website". But the website says "Optional". The room smells terrible. It might be some kind of signature scent, but it's really bad. I opened the windows for a while, which helped, but it's 50 degrees outside. There are a dozen little things I could complain about, but on their own they would only be minor annoyances.

Proche de l'aéroport.Posted Nov 6, 2015

Good airport accessPosted Nov 3, 2015
Pros: Comfortable bedding.
Cons: set shuttle times instead of "as needed" or first come and first served
Location: only needed the hotel for proximity to the airport, didn't visit the sites
The hotel was clean and comfortable, we only needed to stay overnight and catch an early trans-Atlantic flight. At 5am the 24 hour airport shuttle had about 10 people already waiting for it and I found that a bit disconcerting as I left at the last minute but in the end we made it onto the shuttle and were on time to check in.

Nice and close to airportPosted Nov 3, 2015
It took us a little bit to be able to get to the hotel, but once we got there we had a nice stay. The staff was friendly and the room was nice. The only thing that was a bother was that our window was by the street so throughout the night you heard the airport shuttle bus back up. Other than that it was a pleasant stay.
