Clean, modern, attractive with a caveatPosted Nov 19, 2015
Pros: Location near hospitals and art district; clean attractive rooms and facade.
Cons: Valet parking.
Location: Close to Northeastern University, Brigham and Women's Hospital, Longwood Area of Boston. Good local foodwithin easy walk.Museum of Fine Art etc nearby
Nicely renovated hotel with fresh makeover, or quite possibly new. Very pleasing. However, the staff was inexperienced with ( mandatory) valet parking, which is extra $20.00. Despite our request the night before for a 7:00 am car delivery, they allowed it to be totally parked in -- resulting in 15 minute late delivery to us in the morning. My husband had to take a taxi to avoid missing his appointment. And, they lost keys to another car inside ours, which resulted in us driving back to hotel later that day to return them. The check-in person was also not particularly professional handling my I.D. Overall a pleasant stay, but give the staff a little time to pull their act together.

Small boutique hotelPosted Oct 13, 2015
Pros: Generally the service was good (e.g. valet - $20 a day), fridge and coffee in room.
The EnVision has obviously been updated, however, it has a bunch of negatives: 1) Noisy - street car goes by all day and night. 2) The hotel isn't in the best location relative to a chunk of the tourist places (e.g. Paul Revere house), 3) the bed in our room (which was small) was small as well. Be sure to check the size of the bed you agreed to.

loved it!Posted Sep 29, 2015
Pros: Loved the close proximity to Fenway and the public transportation. Room amenities were really nice.
Cons: More water pressure in the shower - not sure that can be improved.
Location: Fenway! Take a tour of the Red Sox ballpark, tour the downtown historical area, Freedom Trail, Little Italy for the best foods and desserts, colleges
This hotel was the perfect choice for our trip to Boston - just 1.3 miles from Fenway, T-line was at the end of the block and downtown was only 20 minutes away by train. The hotel decor is very stylish and trendy. Nice living room in the lobby with board games, fresh fruit and water. Hotel room was really large (could have used a chair in the open space) with plush towels, nice linens & pillows, upscale toiletries, microwave & refrigerator. Hotel also has garage ($20 daily valet parking), fitness center and a small coffee/baked goods counter. We appreciated the Keurig coffeemaker, bottled water and candies in our room. The staff was very friendly and helpful, guiding us on how to use the public transportation which was easy, clean and very affordable. Driving in Boston would be a nightmare! The three nights we spent here felt like home.

Great room and staff but noisy elevator next-doorPosted Sep 29, 2015
Great room but noisy elevator next-door. My husband and I stayed for nights at the EnVision Boston, and had a very nice stay with one exception: Our room was immediately next-door to the elevator and every time the elevator was called to any floor there was a pretty significant clunking and banging heard in our room. Not great when trying to sleep. Would not return unless assured of a room far from the elevator.

Nice hotel. Good prices. T Line is right outsidePosted Aug 30, 2015
Pros: Price was fair and although not in downtown area , ended up being centrally located when public transportation is factored in.
Cons: The room had a slight moldy smell initially. Got used to it fast.
Location: All of Boston. Say no more
Stayed fro 3 nights. The staff is great and very helpful. The Green T line is right outside the front door. Speedy connections to downtown, Fenway Area and Cambridge.

This is a Gem of a PlacePosted Jul 24, 2015 on Hotels
I really enjoyed my stay at this Hotel. I got into Boston at 6 a.m. and headed to the Hotel to drop my bags. When I got there a little before 7 a.m. the lady at the desk actually checked me in. Now that is service!!! Furthermore, everyone at the Hotel was genuinely kind and helpful and welcoming. It really felt like I was staying with friends. The neighborhood is safe and enjoys a great park with two ponds and a bunch of wild life. Really nice taking a stroll at dusk... Also, a little know secret is that a restaurant in the neighborhood makes some of the best and cheapest fish and chips I have ever had. Mind you I lived in England for some time... The Hotel is only a few hundred yards from the T, making it easy to access. The other thing that I liked about the neighborhood is that it was diverse, quiet and upcoming. It felt good to be there.
