Cancelled flight & early morning check in

After weather caused our early morning flight to be cancelled from Logan, we found ourselves stuck in Boston for an extra day. We booked a room here at 8am and thanks to the exceptional service of the staff, especially Jamie at the front desk, we were checked into our room at 9am! Grateful for their shuttle to/from the airport, the free breakfast and accommodating staff and clean, comfortable rooms!

NOT an AIRPORT Hotel!!!

Pros: Staff was pleasant.
Cons: Stop marketing as an airport hotel. Offer something to eat at restaurant besides sushi.
Location: UNO pizzeria next door.
I booked this hotel because it is described as a Boston Logan Airport hotel. Well, after a $50 uber ride and 20 minutes I made it from the airport to the hotel. And, to make matters worse, it is in the opposite direction of downtown. Do not fall for their false marketing. Also, the restaurant is entirely sushi. That may work for some, but not those of us that don't eat sushi. Also, was given room right next door to elevator, presumable because I booked on Expedia.

Mold spots on ceiling, curtain rod flew off and smashed me in the face. Stuck us in the basement , hallways looked like a 70's office building. Shuttle service was convenient.

Short Night Made Shorter

Cons: AC!

The AC did not work and may have been master controlled to a limit. I set it to the preferred 68 and woke up 2 hours later hot and no AC. fumbled with it and reset and again, no AC. This hotel is not alone with restricted use of the AC. AND they are providing only 1 duvet with down in it for us to use to cover! So here is a parka for a cover and we are going to limit your ability to cool yourself....
