    I liked the self service apartment. We are 5 people and had booked for 5 people but had no linen for the sofa bed which I ended up requesting 3 times before receiving it. There was only 2 queen beds so we really needed the linen!

    There was nothing to like. I am pissed that Expedia sent me to this dump. You said it was a hotel. It was not. It had only two towels, no soap or shampoos or any amenities. When I arrived in the poring rain, I had to go to a 7-Eleven several blocks away to get a $50 money order to get a parking space in their garage. They wouldn't take cash, check, or credit card. When we went into the rooms, there was a bag of cleaning equipment that we were to use to clean the apartment before we left.

      Nice Location, Terrible Service.

      The best thing about this place is the location I would stay here again, but prepare yourself, that if something is not right - it may not get fixed. When I arrived at 5:30 PM, the room was still being cleaned. The key fob then did not work and I could not lock the door. Someone from maintenance was going to be there in 30 minutes, but by 9:30 PM, they had not arrived. Called again the next morning. They said they would be there at 8:00 am. They arrived at 10:00 AM. After taking a shower, I realized there was no blow dryer in the apartment (2 bdrm and 2 bathrooms.) When I called they said no one was available to bring me one. They could get me one by the next afternoon. The carpet in the 2nd bedroom had burn marks through-out and the towels racks in the bathroom had been knocked off the wall. There are no move-out instructions, and so I had no idea where to leave the fob. I called and complained numerous times and sent pictures of the carpet in the bedroom and towel racks - but never received a response. As I said, great location and nice unit - but terrible service.
