The rental company moved my location due to a bug in their software
The procedure to get access to the apartment was a nightmare, the concierge was unable to assist. Multiple emails with the rental group with promises of "we will send you the key code in a few hours", to "a few mins" all of which passed with no information.
When you finally have to call them, you're on hold for 10 mins while they give you a key code.
Get to the door, the key pad doesn't light up when pressed. Another 10 min call.
I picked up on something the support person on the call said, did you "pad" the key pad.. So i basically slapped the front of the keypad with my whole hand and it light up..
Typed in the numbers, nothing, third time i noticed a check mark in the key pad, pressed that after entering the numbers and magic. It clicked and i had access.
Go into the apartment, still on hold with the customer service at the rental property, and find that there are instructions on how to use the key pad hanging on the inside of the door....
So the keypad requires instructions... and those instructions we not on the outside of the damn door..
I hung up on the call, and in fairness they did call me back, saying they had changed the key code and provided me with a new one.
The apartment layout is nice
However the towels were pretty flimsy, one of the showers leaked, one of the toilets ran every 30 - 40 mins. I was so tired that it didn't matter, was there for one night and just slept through it.
