We were just here for one night but the beds were comfy and clean, the bathroom was nice and clean. Good breakfast and nice eating area. We arrived at 1:30 to Boston Logan airport and the shuttle still came and got our group of 10.

Stayed 1 night for business. Onsite restaurant has small menu but food, atmosphere and service were good. Rooms clean enough. Could use a deep clean, side table, plugs etc.. havent seen a rag in a while. It’s a busy place, convenient to airport just off a main road. Perfect for a night!

Hot tub was not working. Restraunt only open in the evening with no other dining options close by. Arrived on Thursday and when housekeeping came on Saturday ( they only come every other day) we were told there were no clean towels for us. Shampoo container in tub was empty and never refilled. Tried to get transportation into the city but was told the only stop the shuttle goes to other then the airport was not working. We were very disappointed in our stay.

Housekeeping never came to our room. They were at the rooms just before ours when we left for the day came back very late at night trash cans still full dirty wash clothes still on floor, beds not done. Asked front desk for clean wash clothes and 20 mins later still not there. Asked housekeeping in the hall she didn't speak English and had to find another employer to translate for her. Asked for three she gave me two and showed her three fingers but she just smiled and nodded so just took the 2 so we could shower and check out

Room was clean, but not in good shape. Broken bathroom light, alarm clock with face that didnt work, and the loudest thrumming a/c unit I've had. Airport shuttle was also packed and leaving people waiting for at least one 25 min cycle, so plan accordingly.

Overall we enjoyed our stay very much. We liked the transport options, the breakfast, pool and gym. We had a hard time to check in as we arrived in the middle of the night. The hotel was not reacting to emails at all. After phoning them (from New Zealand) they told me that I can only check in 24hours in advance but by then we were in the air and had no time in our lay over. Luckily we arrived at midnight and there was staff to check us in. This process could be improved.

It was a busy Saturday night but staff wasn’t overly friendly. The airport shuttle was a bit disorganized. The walls were thin (heard outside noise) and the A/C unit needs to be looked at as it quickly turned on/off at times though out the night. Unfortunately, not a great value for the money.

The hotel itself is just what should be expected, except that it does not provide extended parking (ex. No extended parking while utilizing nearby airport). They do however rent out their parking lot to a private parking service that can be reserved ahead of time through Way.com. If parking reservations are not made ahead they likely will not have space

After I checked in, they gave me the key card to a room that has not been cleaned up and made me run around (with all the luggage) to ask for a different room. Not a very pleasant experience from the get-go.

Close to the airport. There’s a restaurant in the hotel. We called and asked this. They told us that the restaurant was across the street. Restaurant is inside the hotel. In the bar area. Would have been so nice to know this, especially after calling and spending hours looking for food from the long flight.

Good hotel for quick night to catch a flight. Shuttle took over 30 mins to pick us up from airport. Recommend you call the hotel right when you land so after you exit the plane and grab your bags maybe your shuttle wait won’t be as long.

My family and I always stay here when heading to Boston ! Love the fact they offer shuttle service around the clock . Staff is very open to help you and someone is always around ! Rooms are ok , they do the trick ! Never had a bad stay tbh and I’ve been coming here for years now . The only complaint I could possibly have is the elevator is extremely slow ! They offer a fantastic breakfast 7 days a week as well
