If you are at the airport, the shuttle can take up to an hour or more to arrive. When we called the front desk, they initially told us it would be back in 20 mins. When we called back 45 minutes later and informed them that it still had not shown up, they were extremely rude and unhelpful, again telling us it would be there in 20 mins. It finally showed up 15 minutes later, an hour after we had started waiting.

Great clean property. Took the shuttle to the airport at 5 am shuttle driver was great and in our sleepiness did forget to tip him but i have never a driver make a comment loudly about not tipping until this driver.

Waited an hour for the shuttle to get us from the airport. Watched many rival shuttles go by and the Hampton shuttle as well, we were later told it was 'full.' Breakfast food was cold. Night crew very dour, maybe they don't like their jobs? Morning crew was very nice, and gave us a very late checkout time as our flight out was in the afternoon. Bartender/cook/food were really good.

I wish we could have had a way to control the outer curtain. The faucet seem to waste a lot of water we would turn it off but water would still be dripping for a few seconds after. We didn't see any recycling. Our dinner that we ordered the first night came in a lot of plastic packaging. The guy at the front desk said he would have the leak checked into. I didn't tell him until the last day we were there. A woman at the front desk on our first day there was very helpful in telling us tourist sites to visit and how to use the subway.
