Hotel was clean. Restaurant on site was ok for dinner after a long day. Hotel shuttle was packed every trip so we ended up booking an uber to get downtown.

The hotel was good for airport travelers like us. The shuttle really needs to take a time reservation and not just tell you it’s first come first served when you have early morning flights. That was unsettling.

Staff is extremely rude about the parking. They tell you they don’t care park wherever and they don’t talk to you about the parking. Flat out tell you it’s $50. When you ask why they say you can either pay it or stay somewhere else.

The hotel entrance is ugly. The good thing is that they have a shuttle service. But I went back from downtown and my room cards were not working at all, the staff wanted me to wait the whole line for new check in guests, instead of having someone to help people already guests. It was as simple as reactivating them…and I have to tell them that my son had an emergency and need to use the bath. Was that fair enough? I am not going to come back to this hotel anymore. Too expensive for the service they offer and the location.

The only comment I have is the pool size is quite small compared to the number of rooms in the hotel. After 6-10 kids in the pool, it’s standing room. Hot tub was out of order, no notice given prior to reservation.

The property is so old and is dirty. The receptionists are all rude, unmannerly, unwelcoming and unprofessional. They malfunctioned our digital door key twice, the cleaners did not clean well, did not refill shower gel. They put trash can on top of the sink after cleaning. And the worst was the receptionist did not even know the shuttle bus schedule accurately which causes us late at the airport. I request a refund for this worst experience

It is a basic and convenient hotel close to the airport. They also offer a shuttle, but the staff is not so friendly. They charged me for two extra nights of parking even though I said I was only going to use it for one night.
