We were disappointed about not being notified ahead of the stay that the pool is closed due to the Covid virus. I understand tge reason, but would have liked to have known ahead of time. Kids were very disappointed.

Booking the room on the app was easy, check in was efficient and staff member was friendly! Room was quiet and clean and drive to airport took about 7 minutes. Was perfect for our brief stay!

Bathroom door was nest to impossible to open and close I asked the to fix it but they hardly did anything. I mean you have to be a very strong person to open and close that door. Second when I ARRIVED THE MAID WAS CLEANING IN THE NEXT ROOM WITH NO GLOVES AND NO MASK AND WHEN I APPROACHED SHE DID NOTHING PROTECTIVE. NOT ACCEPTABLE. THE TOILET SEAT NEVER STAYS UP KEPT FALLING DOWN. Shower was very difficult to regulate. And last of all I asked the maid (with no mask if she had tissues because the box in my room was empty) she said there was no tissues in the the hotel at all. I will say the people working at the front destk were very cordial and friendly
