Although there were homeless people and a correctional facility within mins of the hotel, they never bothered me in the slightest. And I felt safe. Hotel Security & Patrol did an excellent job. I would have never known if taxi driver Ike had not informed me on my excursion with him.

The Front Desk Staff was very accommodating as I navigated early check in before running the Boston Marathon. Also helped out with late checkout on a busy after holiday weekend. There was a shuttle special for the weeks festivities and that was so helpful. Property is near a residential neighborhood and a hospital with lots of activity and unhoused people.

I would not recommend staying here if you want to sleep or enjoy the pool. We stayed marathon weekend so as another reviewer stated it was the only affordable place with a room left. The pool is freezing cold. The room was allowing rainwater in during a storm. Staff did not seem concerned about that at all. The gym is open 24/7 which is not fun when you are underneath it. Overall, for the price this place was a nightmare. The staff handling breakfast was great and the breakfast was the bright spot.

This was the cheapest we could find as it was marathon weekend, the area is not pleasant ( taxi driver told us it was known as Methadone mile !) lots of police sirens day and night ,the hotel was fine,very basic but clean but the area is not nice and we had to Uber everywhere

The hotel staff and ammiditys are excellent. The surrounding neighborhood was very bad. The parking garage elevator smelled like someone urinated in it.

Once you were inside the property, everything was good-as expected. Unfortunately, as you pull into the property, the amount of people asking for money and loitering were quite alarming to say the least! The proximity to a hospital, without knowing prior to arriving, caused sleepless nights due to ambulances and their sirens sounding as if they were right outside your window. Will not be coming back.

Handicapped shower holder was broken and when your really tired and dont want to hold the shower nozzle the whole time. Expedia needs to be sure any added fees are all paid before check in.

This hotel is perfectly clean and pleasant. It's right next to a hospital, so there are a lot of patients and patient families staying there, heading to and from the hospital every day. When we stayed, the Elon basketball team was staying there before a game with Northeastern. They were very friendly! Staff was friendly and helpful as well. But the neighborhood is not very nice and not really near any attractions/restaurants. You'd have to drive.

Did not really get to walk around due to wind and cold. Expected a traditional restaurant in the hotel and was disappointed to find Cuban Cuisine and Al a carte menu. Plus local Dunkin Donuts closed on weekends?? Breakfast buffett was delicious with many options.

A lot of homeless /taking the drug/injection outside the hotel area. If you stay in this hotel, better take the uber, do not walk outside by yourself. Nobody is walking outside the street, too quiet.

Hotel itself is wonderful. Clean, super friendly staff, rooms are spacious and nice. But the area, eek. Sirens are going from 7am to 10pm pretty much non-stop. Homeless everywhere. Felt uncomfortable leaving out the one set of doors. On a good note, my vehicle wasnt broken into!
