Great hotel near FenwayPosted Sep 30, 2015
Pros: The room
Cons: See above re: the ambulances
Location: Close to Fenway Park for Red Sox baseball; close to freeways that get you downtown in a hurry.
Loved everything about the hotel, except . . . with the medical area close by, the constant wail of ambulances was disturbing. The hotel needs some kind of wall and/or window treatment to deflect that sound. Or, you could say, that's what I get for staying in a place like that!

bad part of townPosted Sep 28, 2015
Pros: The free breakfast was delicious. The room was clean.
Cons: The airport shuttle is a definate bonus, however the front desk people have no idea where to tell people to wait for it.
Location: BAD part of town. Unbelievable amount of drug activity and disturbing amount of totally wasted human beings. Saddest sight ever.
our first disappointment was the hotel shuttle. Called ahead and made a request for the free airport shuttle to pick us up at the airport. We were told to wait at the red shared van area. Airport workers told us to wait outside. We called the hotel two times and was given more bad information. Instead of letting us just speak with the driver directly, we waited on hold while someone at the hotel called him only to be told he had already left the airport and would not be back for an hour. Our second disappointment was the room. Booked the room for 5 adults and was given a room with 2 queen size beds. Had to call the front desk for a rollaway bed. The biggest disappointment was the location. Apparently, there is a methadone clinic across the street from the hotel. The streets just outside of the hotel are filled with drug addicts, prostitutes and the most unsavory humans i have ever seen. We were 5 women ranging in age from 25 to 66. No one felt safe anywhere near the hotel. Even though we purchased bus passes for our daily commutes, we ended up using Uber so we wouldn't have to walk to and from the hotel.

Zweckmäßiges CityhotelPosted Sep 17, 2015
Pros: War ok

Nice hotel close to everything!Posted Sep 16, 2015
The room was super clean and comfortable! The hotel had a gorgeous pool on the top floor which complimented the city views. The staff is extremely friendly; one of the guys at the front desk, Gregory, was so nice and helpful. He even helped my wife and I set up an Uber account to save money in comparison to a taxi. Definitely our favorite hotel in Boston.

Airport shuttle doesn't run at 12:00 or 1:00 pmPosted Aug 22, 2015
Pros: Overall hotel was clean and service was great. Location was close (10 minutes to Tea Party Museum and other great sites to see). Busy hospital area
Cons: Shuttle schedule or posting of closure times
Location: Faneuil Market and Boston Tea Party Museum within 10 minutes by taxi
Disappointed that airport shuttle doesn't run at noon or 1:00 pm and with our flight arriving at 12:30 pm no free shuttle available until 2:20 pm so taxi cost us 28.00 US (hidden cost). Shuttle schedule should be posted on site for all to be advised ahead of booking flight.

Comfortable Stay!Posted Aug 17, 2015
Cons: We asked for towels to be sent up and they didn't tell us that they didn't do that.
Location: Hospitals and Colleges
3 of us stayed in this studio and we had the best time! The bed was amazing with a nice pullout sofa sleeper. The room had a fridge and microwave, also plenty of outlets and lamps, a glass coffee table, a coffee maker, there was a small pool on the top floor. What we absolutely loved was the beautiful breakfast in the morning which we got to eat thanks to the automatic wake-up call. This breakfast was a true Hilton-style breakfast with fluffy eggs and sliced sausage and nice home fries, fancy square Danish a selection of juices, ice water, coffee/cream, fruits, and it was delicious! It lasts 4 hours from 6am-10am. The bathroom in our room was very decent sized with a very creamy Neutrogena soap. With expedia we were able to make our reservation over the phone so that we could ask more questions. At this hotel it is 25.00 to park and as long as you have the room card with the sticker you can leave anytime you wish because the 25.00 lasts 24 hours. At this hotel it is a 3 star therefore you must take your bags up yourself but they provide you with drop-off parking and those tall hotel luggage carts which are so handy! The eating area is very nice and very large with a giant flatscreen tv and also there is a courtyard for smoking also there's a McDonald's and a Mobile 1/2 mile down the street right on Mass Ave. Also, I-90 and I-93 are easy to get to just go down Mass Ave and turn left (w/hotel on your right go down 1/4 mile and turn left). We paid $320/nite incl parking w/tax

Great place but a little off the beaten pathPosted Aug 14, 2015
Pros: I loved the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness and the breakfast!
Cons: The room curtains! They did not have black out curtains only sheers. If you want to sleep in after sunrise it can be difficult with all the light.
Location: The location required a taxi or transit to the historic area but considering the price this makes sense.
The hotel was very nice. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and helpful with all of our questions. The shuttle to the airport was great. It was a short 3 day stay but I can say the hotel was impressive.
