The room was not worth the money paid. There was no AC, the room was a lot smaller than it appeared online, and the tv didn’t have cable connection.

The location is FANTASTIC!! And they know it. That’s why they will get away with a hotel that has more the vibe of an hostel and an hotel. The room is very small. Almost no storage. Bathroom and sink tiny. Old doors, old floors, old everything. No breakfast. High price for what it is and you have to pay additional ($45) to park a car. The should put a bit more effort and pride on this place, not just rely on the great location. They are in need of renovation. Badly

Very dated property and the pictures do not really share what's going on. Cement staircase. Not very professional staff. But awesome location and big rooms.

The room was very nice. Soft very comfortable bed. Nice water flow to the showers. If traveling for vacation, this would be a very nice option. But the hotel is not set up for business travelers. Unfortunately the internet here is so so so slow @ 0.58MB/s and struggling to reach 1.94MB/s. They should have just declared that there was no reliable internet. Impossible to stream videos or make video calls. Given how much everyone relies on internet access, not sure why they would have such slow internet just to save a buck.

Convenient location
Nice room set up with room safe and mini fridge. bath room is very small. Extra pillows and nice linens. Free all day coffee in lobby nice. Great Harvard square location

Excellent location in the middle of Harvard Square, and for a fee, parking was also included. Well-maintained and clean with a friendly staff. I will definitely go back. This was a relatively quiet time which I appreciated. I'm assuming it would be very busy seasonally such as during Harvard events.

Great stay smack in the middle of Harvard Square
Nice no-frills hotel in the middle of Harvard Square; perfect if you’re visiting the area. It has a small coffee/water area next to the reception. 4 stars because I got asked 3 times by housekeeping whether they could come in; make sure you put the “do not disturb” sign on the door. Would definitely recommend to others.

Cool hotel for a stay in Harvard Sq. I walked to the Brattle Theater, which is right down the street, for a movie. Then had a late drink and snack at Noir, which is at the Charles Hotel next door. Great shops and atmosphere.

Visited during a warm period in autumn and there was no A/C making sleeping difficult. The staff’s response was to open the window which barely cracked 2 inches. The decision to install a HVAC system that either heats or cools in a climate that is variable sets the hotel up for angry sweaty or cold guests. The refrigerator in the room needed to be replaced twice to find one that worked. If this was a $100 room I would provide a good review but for $450… unacceptable.
