Classic downtown hotel. Super clean. Very quiet. Centrally located. We were able to walk everywhere. TD Garden one night. Fenway Park the next night. Staff could not have been any more friendly and helpful. Edina was particularly helpful with our check in. We had two rooms (2 queens in each) reserved for 5 people. We explained our situation (needing 5 beds) and she was able to upgrade us to a room with a pullout couch. Problem solved. Everything was perfect! I highly recommend this hotel.

This is a great hotel. The staff are so very friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean, comfortable, and high class. I stayed at this hotel because of its location and my ability to walk to and from the Boston marathon Expo at the convention center, and the Boston Marathon finish line area. The hotel had snacks available to the marathoners in the morning and for after the marathon, which was a very nice added touch.

The little things were substandard for the price-one robe for 3 people, one cup for coffee, no creamers, windows were dirty, TV remote worked intermittently? needs batteries!

Very nice looking hotel! Staff was super friendly! Staff reached out to us a few times to make sure everything was ok. Convenient location. Walking distance to many attractions, bars and restaurants! On site valet service. Will definitely stay there again!

Very fancy and comfortable! Great for the Boston Marathon. Only things I’d recommend improving are stocking up the rooms better (e.g., with toilet paper), being quicker to restock (e.g., took 3 hours to get toilet paper to room), and considering a more reasonable valet charge (currently it’s $62/day).

The hotel staff is very friendly. The biggest drawback is that I don't know what's going on nearby. There were screams and laughter after 11pm until about 2am. We stayed on the 11th floor, which really affected our rest. Also, the hotel doesn't provide slippers. We can understand not putting slippers in the room. If you need them, ask the front desk, but this hotel doesn't have them.

This is a very nice hotel. The room was large enough and well equipped. The bathroom was nice. Everything was clean. The elevators were a bit slow but it seemed like the hotel was jam packed for the marathon. The coffee shop was great and very reasonable. The concierge was very helpful. We just had a lot of noise at night from drunk guests returning late and later from seagulls outside our room. Other than that it was an outstanding stay.

I was amazed by this hotel, finally a hotel that has not only a comfortable bed, but also the pillows. It is very well located, close to the subway and walking distance to the wharf and other amenities. The staff is very friendly. Also, the coffee shop is great and the staff amazing.

The Dagny was convenient for the area we wanted to be. It was close to the transportation system. Staff were very friendly and always there to help you. Room was very clean and room service were always helpful.

The only issue I had is the room id booked wasn't available and I had to have a room with two queen size beds instead. But this happened to work out fine!

This was a very nice property to stay at and the amenities were very good. Everyone was extremely friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend. The only suggestion I would say is requesting to see all charges before you leave instead of them emailing it to you as someone else had charged to our room number.

This is a beautiful hotel recently renovated in the Art Deco style. There was much attention to detail in the decor & the finishes are high end. I also found the staff to be professional & friendly. It’s also in a good location. If I come back to Boston, I will stay here again.

The hotel was beautiful, room and views were great. The staff was unbelievably nice and accommodating. Conveniently located. Great stay.
