Restaurant host was very difficult and rude. Server didn’t bring out the food that we ordered and when I asked her about it she just shrugged her shoulders but didn’t bring the right food. She ignored us when many tables where empty abs then double charged me for my glass of wine that I had already paid at the bar.

Loved how quiet it was in the room despite being a busy hotel. Also really appreciated how clean everything felt. Really enjoyed the vibe, relaxed and stylish. Would definitely stay there again

The direction to the hotel from Terminal B is not very good yet because of the airport connections I was able to walk to C then E, from there the directions are clear. I was worried about the plane noise yet couldn’t hear at all - excellent building quality, Rather the cleaning crew had loud voices in the hallway around 8 am. Knowing that most passengers chose this place because of late arrivals the crew should be aware and lower their voices when necessary.

Stay here often - easy for airport layovers, shuttle was quick today, room has a pelaton!? Love the gym… staff very very friendly.

Difficult to find using Waze. Finally found hotel and parking lot was full. Had to park in Central Parking so wasn’t very convenient. Restaurant was very good, excellent service and good food.

The hotel is beautiful, however it is very loud. The rooms around us are loud, and you can hear all of the activity outside. Sirens etc. the hallways were very very loud. I couldn’t sleep very well at all.

We loved our stay here. It was very convenient for a quick overnight stay for an early flight. It was easy to call for the shuttle to get to the hotel from Terminal E. The hotel is beautiful and clean. There is a restaurant in the lobby. Easy check in, with nice and helpful staff. Would recommend.

A super convenient airport hotel. You can walk here via indoor routes from the terminals, and you can get drinks and dinner here plus a really good full-serve breakfast. Highly recommended!

Basically, we liked what we were exposed to for the night. Surprisingly, we didn't see the refrigerator until this morning, because we were overnighting. We had no problem with anything. If we were staying longer, our experience might have been different. But overall, we had a great night!! Thank you!!!

It’s a 10-15 min walk through airport (so convenient for early morning flight) but signage isn’t so great. it was difficult to get a car/taxi. And there were no options for dining outside of hotel (because you are at airport).

We had an early morning flight out of Logan airport and stayed here. Very convenient shuttle. Nice pool and workout room. We ate dinner at the onsite restaurant and our meals were very good.

If you have a nighttime layover in Boston staying here is a must!! And this Hilton is by far the CLEANEST I’ve stayed in. Kudos to the cleaning staff! The bathroom looked like they took the time to scrub and shine every single corner! And the beds…WOW. The sheets were crisp and tight. The room smelled clean and fresh. For a while there I avoided Hiltons, but I will definitely be staying here again. Thank you for a wonderful and restful night!
