Bon mais loin

Très bon établissement. C'set dommage qu'il soit loin du centre et surtout de la station métro, même s'il y a un service navette gratuit pour la station (mais toutes les 30 minutes pour l'aller et sur appel pour le retour). Personnel très gentille et professionnel. Petit déjeuner excellent (surtout il ne faut pas rater les cinnamon rolls et la machine à pan-cakes). Wi-fi gratuit. Chambre propre et avec tous les conforts. Navette payante (5$ par personne) pour l'aéroport.

Gutes Hotel in guter Lage

Location: In der Nähe zur Metro und zu einem Einkaufszentrum. Man ist in ein paar Minuten im Zentrum oder am Hafen.
Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage in der Nähe zur Metro (T in Boston) und gleich neben einem Einkaufszentrum. Die Ausstatung ist gut, das Zimmer war sehr geräumig. Leider waren die Matratzen etwas durchgelegen, gerade noch so okay. Ansonsten gibt es nichts auszusetzen: sehr gutes WLAN, gutes amerikanisches Frühstück, sauberes Hotel. Ein Shuttle zum Flughafen wird angeboten.

The bed sheet is not clean. There is still hair on the bed sheet.

Some staff are rude hotel isn't accommodating

Pros: I forgot toothpaste and the hotel can give you free toilitries if you forget yours
Location: There's a shopping center walking distance from hotel
Hotel denied my check in for being a few hours late and not calling ahead to inform them I would be late. I got charged for the day and they wouldn't give me a refund. At the front desk when I was asking if we could check in the staff had chucked and said no even with my reservation.

Close to cruise terminal

Pros: The shuttle was very beneficial to us. It was clean and friendly staff.
Location: Not a real good location for site seeing.
We chose this hotel because of its proximity to the cruise line terminal and the fact they had a shuttle from the airport and a shuttle to the cruise terminal!! Which was very important to us. It was a very clean hotel. The breakfast had lots of options. The staff was very informative and helpful. When we walked into the hotel, the smell of fresh baked cookies were overwhelming! And they tasted yummy!! We were also told of a place the locals frequented for dinner and were able to enjoy a wonderful meal after a short walk.

Convenient, clean, generous

Pros: Lots of free stuff, cleanliness, their generosity, kindness and smiles
Cons: Their parking can sometimes be full if you arrive too late, so you have to park a little far from the main door. Sign for parking lot not visible.
Location: Near transit/subway, near highways, 10 mins drive to downtown Boston and 20 mins to Cambridge. Beside a big mall (electronics, pharmacy, etc.).
Good hotel, close to a subway/transit and to a highway, but quiet and very convenient. Only 10-15 min drive to downtown, or maybe 15-20 mins by transit. The room and bathroom were clean and spacious, beds and pillow were comfortable for us. No smell surprises, and staff were all very respectful, kind and cheerful. We were so surprised, we had everything we needed for a fair ---almost cheap--- price... Free hi-speed wifi in all the building, free and generous continental breakfast (always fresh and tidy), free on-site parking, free gym. Exactly as described. We would come back if there is more good deals for this hotel. Thanks and keep up the good work!!!

Dirty hotel filled with bed bugs

Was treated the worst by excluding manager as well as the hotel staff Expedia staff told me it out of there hands after I pay them.

Upon prompt investigation and assessment from our independent pest control contractor, as reported to Expedia, we were glad to have found absolutely no traces of bed bugs in our hotel. We appreciate the opportunity to inspect our premises, all of our mattress are brand new and and all rooms receive frequent preventive treatment. This procedure is of utmost importance to our housekeeping and maintenance team.

great location, great staff, decent hotel

this hotel is pretty straight up decent place. the decor is ok. no frills but clean and relatively current. staff was great. had roll-a-way bed prepared before arrival, gave us extra toiletries, and kindly answered all questions knowledgeably. they even let us grill in the small outdoor area next to hotel. Theres a shuttle that goes to the airport and the nearby train into the city. if you're looking to be within 10-15 minutes of the city without steep hotel prices this is the place. also a nice shopping center right next door with a target and marshals i think. would stay again.

Great experience

Great experience. The continental breakfast had a lot more options than most i have been to. There is a big shopping center next door. The hotel is close to the city, but just outside so it isn't hard to get to or super busy. Uber rides are about $10 to wherever you want to go in tge city. Plenty of parking spots.
