Excellent service!

Pros: From the doormen, to the front staff, to the cleaning staff, everyone is extremely friendly and helpful!
Cons: As we were there for a long time, we stayed in the room a bit. The chair in the corner is NOT comfortable at all. Rather disappointing!
Location: Hotel is connected to the Cambridge Mall (not a great mall). The tour buses for Cambridge/Boston are right in front of the mall entrance, convenient!
We stayed at the Cambridge, MA location for 6 night, on a business/vacation trip. We certainly had a wonderful experience ! As my husband, said, "they seem to have thought of everything. When you need something, it's right there!"

Excellent stay, family of four, highly recommend!

My wife, two teens, and I had a great one-night stay. Staff was incredible. Friendly, accommodating, & helpful. Easy walk to Green Lone for trip to night game at Fenway. Ran along Charles River in AM, great breakfast at Tatte Bakery & Cafe nearby. From the complimentary happy hour bubbly to the cucumber water it was great, including all staff (doorman, front desk, housekeeper).

Great hotel and close to everything!

The hotel was awesome but the staff was even better! My son and I flew to Boston to go to Fenway and we stayed at Hotel Marlowe. The service, amenities and friendliness of the entire staff was second to none.

Stayed 2 nights in the hotel, fitness center was great, room service was great, walked to the mall and the museum great location. Wish there was a pool. Beautiful accommodations would stay here again.

ショッピングモールscience museumに近いオシャレなホテル

隣がケンブリッジギャラリアで昼食や朝食をとるのに便利。ボストンでも治安がよいおすすめエリアとアメリカ人の友人が言っていた。子連れで過去のレビューでオモチャ入りリュックがもらえるとあったので、聞いたら、カゴの中のオモチャを一つ選ぶ形になったとのこと。子どもはスウドクの本をもらった。ロビーではコーヒー、紅茶、フルーツ入り水など自由にもらえる。フタをつけられるので部屋にも持ち帰り可能。ローガン空港へタクシーで移動しようとしたらホテルのハイヤーがチップ込みの値段で凄い車なのでこちらを使って移動した。運転手さんも良い方だった。部屋の内装は洗練されていて素敵。朝、川沿いを散歩して朝食が買える店を探したが見つからず、隣のモールの朝からやっていたサンドイッチ屋で作ってもらい、テイクアウトした。

Super nice hotel!

The service and extras at this hotel are outstanding. The hotel overall is absolutely stunning. We didn't get into our room on a timely manner. Thus, the manager comped us $50 for breakfast the following morning. I stay on a lot of hotels in Boston and nobody does that. My son is an Army Ranger and as of late used to sleeping on the ground. This was a wonderful retreat for him. Kudos to the staff at the Hotel Marlowe!

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel room was very comfortable. Happy hour every evening was an added bonus.
