The toilet in the room was clogged. I had to ask twice for someone to come and fix it. For a hotel in this category is unacceptable. breakfast was also totally overpriced and not that much selection because they were going through construction.

The front desk of this hotel, Tacina, is excellent and has a very good attitude. The hotel rooms are large enough and pet-friendly. Will recommend to other friends.

Beautiful view, walking distance to dozens of restaurants and coffee shops. Very clean. Everyone was more than happy to go the extra mile. Staff was wonderful.

Service and staff were excellent. Our room was spacious and clean, bathroom had everything we needed, hotel lobby is beautiful, we used gym and spa, everyone was so helpful and polite. Superb customer service!

Our room was very hot and we tried to adjust the thermostat with no success. We informed the staff multiple times and they said they would fix it, but they did nothing. There was also a foul sewage smell that would circulate out of the vents when the heat would kick on. Again, we informed the staff and they did nothing.

Very accommodating. Were Able to take care of all my requests. ( early check in, microwave, fridge.) Which are not in any rooms… Only things wrong: room service got my order completely incorrect and is very expensive. Second, the valet parking makes no sense. You pay 65 dollars for the parking yet have to go down to the garage to get your car after. Not convenient at all especially with kids and luggage.

From the moment we arrived we were greeted by friendly and polite staff who immediately removed our luggage and onto check in. Jeremy was the gentleman who checked us in and gave us an option for a late check out. He greeted us again when we returned from dinner and wanted to make sure all of our needs were met! We had a lovely stay at the Intercontinental and will be back again!

My husband and I took our son to Boston Aquarium for his second birthday. We wanted to stay at a hotel with a pool because he loves to swim. I wanted to ensure that the hotel was clean & it was. Overall our stay was great but a few of the towels had stains on them.

The place is very nice and clean. Unfortunately, we had a noisy tub all night. On and off gurgling noises. We called maintenance in the morning. The noise stopped before the maintenance guy showed up. Not sure if he did something to fix it prior to coming to the room but im still here and he hasn't showed up yet. So weird
