If you are in Boston this is the only place you want to stay. We can't say enough great things about this Hotel! This was our 3rd year in row to attend the marathon and this is hands down our best experience. What a great place, great staff and beautiful hotel!

This is an awesome place! The only thing I want to complain about is their AC unit. It sometimes blew cold air, sometimes hot air. And it is quite noisy at night. I have to turn it off later the night. Other than that, everything is perfect.

I would give 100 stars more if I could. We had a great time. The hotel is beauuuuutiful, the staff was so kind. They found out it was my birthday and gave me a prosecco bottle. Rooms were excellent too

This is my favorite building in Boston. My room was beautiful and the views are spectacular. The location to restaurants and the ferry makes is a perfect location. 10/10

Prime location in Boston
This was our second time in two months staying at the Custom House. The location could not be better. It is such a unique property and has all the amenities that you could need with a family. We will be back!

We were only here for one nights stay but wish it was more. Very good location, within walking distance to Faneuil Hall and North End. Hotel is very clean and the rooms are very comfortable! Definitely recommend!

We were very pleased with the quality of this property. The location was spectacular as was the visibility of it's spire. Walking around downtown you knew exactly where the hotel was!

room was nice, but we got put in a suite that the bed was next to the elevator shaft. All night long it sounded like jets taking off.

Great location! Quincy market is just right outside the door, and public market is only a few steps away. Close to everything, super walkable. Many food and bar options, and the hotel itself has an awesome bar and many activities. The room is spacious and comfortable, the amenities are just amazing (laundry room available as well!). Has complimentary wifi and much more. Strongly recommended!!! Well worth every penny.

Loved custom house!
Marriot custom house is an amazing hotel full of history. There is an observatory above the 20th floor where you can look out to see the city. The bar area was playing live music at night and has artifacts to look at and learn about the building's history. The room was spacious and very comfortable for my family and I. The hotel is minutes away from quincy market, aquarium and different stops along the freedom trail.
