Great hotel, great location!

I was only there for a night for business, but The Nine Zero was great - comfortable room with an amazing view, amazing service (they even brought me a hair straightener when I realized I forgot mine)! The restaurant on site had great breakfast options and had a really cool vibe. In addition, the hotel is located right on the corner of the Common just steps from the garden, the harbor, Faneiul Hall, the North End, and South Station - what more could you want out of a hotel?

Great location, service and room!!

Our visit was fantastic! The service was incredible, from the valets to the housekeepers! Everyone went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect! The location could not have been better. We were in the center of everything we wanted to see and do! Highly recommend the 9 0!!! We will be back!!!

Pros: Service and quality of the room.
From the warm greeting at check in until you leave, the staff is very helpful. The rooms are very comfortable and quiet.

Great hospitality!

Our stay had truly personalized service. The staff really went the extra mile with the details and service. The cocktail hour was very nice touch.I felt like I was staying with friends rather than strangers I had just met. Very different feel than a larger'mainstream" hotel. Spacious nice rooms for a hotel located in the heart of a major city...and great location!

Great trip

Just back from a 5 day trip to Boston staying at the Nine Zero hotel. The hotel is in a great location right next to Boston Common where the freedom trail starts, and walking distance to everywhere ie shopping in Back Bay and the waterfront. Best thing about the hotel is the wine hour at 5pm in reception. A complimentary glass of wine is a great way to relax and put your feet up after a day of sightseeing/shopping. One slight negative is there is no tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms, however, there is coffee and tea available at reception every morning. There's a great pub behind the hotel, the Hub Pub, not as busy or noisy as beantown pub next door.

Great location as a base for doing things in Bosto

Overall the stay was nice. Staff were excellent. Was disappointed that the only way to get coffee or tea at night is to order through room service; even in the morning it is only out till about 10. These should be available readily. Location of hotel is perfect; right near the commons.

Perfect location

Pros: The location and the rooms.
Cons: The shower mechanism was a bit odd. It took quite a while to figure out, and we heard other guests complain about the shower as well.
The hotel is situated within walking distance to much that Boston has to offer. The hotel itself is nice and the staff was helpful.
