Great Location and Hotel 1 Block from TD Garden

Pros: Liked the funky style and atmosphere and the staff was great.
Cons: The heat didn't seem to work great. And $40 before tip for a JD and (2) chardonnays was bit much, but I guess that's just the big city.
Great experience. Drove up and handed the valet the keys and when I needed the car the next morning at 7:30 it was parked in front. Plenty of places near by for good food and drinks and a short walk to the TD Garden.

The hotel was nice and clean. Hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. You couldn't ask for better convenience if you are going to an event at the TD Garden. Parking was an issue though.. If you don't want to valet park your car then you need to park down the street a little distance at a garage and depending on your length of stay, it can be expensive.

Perfect hotel if you are attending TD Garden

Pros: Staff, room, and how close it was to everything
Cons: Controlling the shower temperature
Had a great experience with the hotel was able to get a late check in, room was amazing and perfect location to reach everything in the city within walking distance. The one issue I had that is just me knit picking is for some reason I could not control the temperature in the shower as either it was super cold or flaming hot. Other than that everything was perfect.

Schönes, sauberes Hotel, recht zentral und in U-Bahn-Nähe. Besticht besonders durch bemühtes customer service.

A Small Jewel in a Big City

Pros: The cleanliness was superior. The bathroom sparkled! It was a cozy, comfortable and quiet stay
Cons: Rooms, Lobby, Lounge, Restaurant are small. Six pillows instead of four on the King bed, stronger, adjustable fan in bathroom
Location: Major Boston sports events or concerts (only a block away). Transit system around the corner. Walk to shopping, Historic Boston, and the best seafood
This Hotel was a wonderful surprise. I have never stayed at a Kimpton Hotel and now I don't know if I will ever stay in a different chain Hotel. It was a very pleasing stay, friendly staff, extremely clean room (the bathroom sparkled!), a comfortable bed, quiet ( it was New Years Eve, the Lobby was hopping and there was some noise on the street, sirens, people celebrating. Boston is a big city and it could've been much worse!), however, we could not hear people in the next room and the hallways were just as quiet. Our friends stayed at another big-named hotel in the heart of the city and the noise in the hotel was unbearable, walls were paper thin and the fighting and carrying on in the hallways and the rooms made it completely unbearable and they got no sleep! As a perk they have a free wine reception from 5-7 in the evening. Fresh coffee, tea and juice in the morning.

Great hotel so close to TD Garden

It was so great being a couple of blocks from the Garden and in walking distance to Faneuil Hall and so many other Boston locations. The hotel was clean comfortable and the staff were very accomodating.

Nice Hotle by North Station and TD Bank Garden

Pros: The staff, reception, bar and lounge were all enjoyable.
Cons: Closet was tiny and filled with amenities such as the safe, umbrella, yoga mat, robe, etc. .Adding some hooks in the room for clothes would be helpful
Location: The location is great for people who want to be near the TD Bank Garden.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. the hotel has a small hotel feel to it and guests get personal service.

Room's are really small. Parking fee is stupid crazy. For what room costs it should be included.
