Had a good experience. Like having shuttle bus to get to that subway in order to get to Fenway. Breakfast was good.

Only negative was that the only elevator did not work. We arrived Aug. 20 and were told elevator would be working that night. Our room was on the third floor. The front desk staff did carry our luggage to our room for us. We checked out Aug. 24; elevator was supposed to be fixed Aug. 25. The daily trips to/from our room were a bit of a challenge for a "senior" and a 21 month old. Seems like the elevator repair should have been done in a more timely fashion; at least 5 days without an elevator is unacceptable.

Don't go here

Posted Aug 27, 2015
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything that I mentioned above.
Location: Like I said, we went for a walk and could not even cross the street due to traffic and lack of crosswalks. Have to drive to get to anything.
Terrible location. Cannot walk anywhere or cross street due to traffic and lack of crosswalks. Halls in hotel are super hot, dirty & smell like urine. No Wi-Fi even though it says so when you make a reservation. I called twice about it and was told that they would get someone to "fix" it. Never happened. Carpet in room is very dirty and old. The whole hotel has a bad smell, Musty in room. Over all I would never stay here again and would not recommend to anyone. I thought that being a Ramada, it would be nice. And for the price it should have been. Continental Breakfast was out of most things. Extremely disappointed.

Pros: location
Cons: The building in general needs to be renovated and redesigned.
Location: Easy access to public transportation and activities.
The elevator was out of order. The air conditioning was inconsistent and loud, Due to the facility being older, could not open the blinds or else you are in touch with everyone walking by and everyone walking by can look directly into the room, having a close and personal encounter. In other words the windows open to the walkway/hall of the hotel and no view.

Not the greatest hotel

Posted Aug 23, 2015
I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone I know because it's. not a hotel where you feel like home, it's a boring hotel and the rooms are so small and so are the bathrooms. there were fruit flies in my room.. how does that happen?
