The overnight manager was very disrespectful to me and my boyfriend he even call the cops on us but we talked to them and they understand us i am very disappointed it wasn’t my first time staying at this hotel this never happened before

The pool was very small. My son tried all 3 days we were there to go in but was always full with no space. The staff was amazing and very accommodating.

The breakfast lady, really helped to make my stay much better. Melanie was also sympathetic for my recent loss. Her breakfast was always clean and displayed nicely. She is a credit to the staff.

I really liked the updated rooms and convenient location. Check in was a bit delayed because our room wasn't ready but the front desk staff was pleasant. Our only complaint really was the breakfast. The options were good but there just wasn't enough based on the occupancy. Plus, star wait it down 15 minutes early every day with people still in line.

Great room, very clean. Good customer service. A little pricy but they did have a shuttle to the airport and a complimentary breakfast.

The staff were lovely. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. Breakfast was decent and even has some GF options. Mattress was a little uncomfortable for me. The biggest downfall for this property is no shuttle service after 12 noon. We had to cab both ways to the airport. However, we were going to Salem and the train station to Salem was a short walk from the hotel. We had a nice stay and would stay here again.

I don’t know we’re they get the four star hotel, Stayed there for two nights with the wife and baby, couldn’t sleep, so humid, they never fix the a/c and the tv wasn’t working, horrible experience but they were great when collecting the money
