Top hotel stay ever anywhere

The GM, John, was especially kind. I had a situation where I wasn't going to be able to receive a replacement credit card at my address but had the company overnight it to the hotel. John made a note on the res and a note on his calendar and called me when it arrived, which was the day before I arrived in Boston. After having worked at 4-star, 4-diamond hotels in the past, I could see how easily this could become a bad situation, but there John was when I arrived, smiling with envelope in hand. It was a fabulous 2-BR suite, perfect for our group and we had a very nice breakfast the next morning. A fine hotel and one I would love to visit again.
