Top hotel stay ever anywhere

The GM, John, was especially kind. I had a situation where I wasn't going to be able to receive a replacement credit card at my address but had the company overnight it to the hotel. John made a note on the res and a note on his calendar and called me when it arrived, which was the day before I arrived in Boston. After having worked at 4-star, 4-diamond hotels in the past, I could see how easily this could become a bad situation, but there John was when I arrived, smiling with envelope in hand. It was a fabulous 2-BR suite, perfect for our group and we had a very nice breakfast the next morning. A fine hotel and one I would love to visit again.

quiet and nice

I stayed for 4 nights attending a conference in Boston convention center. The hotel is about 2 min walk to Kindall/MIT station. Cambridgeside gallaria is about 15 min walk. The breakfast is not much of varieties but enough to start your day. Very nice and helpful staffs, with 24 hours store (drinks, water, snacks, etc..). the room is very clean and quiet and was equipped with microwave, fridge, cooktop, dishwasher and utensils. starbucks is next to the hotel and you can access it from within the hotel.

Great space in the room, very friendly and helpful staff. Location is great and free breakfast is a plus. Only downside was the pool could use a good scrub, the hot tub was cool and there were no towels.

Excellent for families

We thought this was a great hotel! The 2bdrm was very spacious and quiet. Great breakfast each morning. Staff was above and beyond in their service and driendlkness. Excellent location. 2 minutes to Kendall Square T. Many great restaurants within walking distance. We even used the pool in the middle of a cold spell!

Confused

I was charged 286 from Expedia but when I checked out my receipt that I had to submit to my company read 245 I did not notice until after I left . Just wondering why expedia is charging more for the room when the hotel always said it was 245 ??
