Nice hotel for family of 4

Memorial Day Weekend Stay

Our stay was almost perfect. We were allowed to check-in ahead of time. Check-in and check-out were very quick and efficient. Our room was amazing for the price we paid. The room was clean and comfortable. The only thing that kind of bugged me was that when we asked the front desk about parking, they directed us to the parking lot around the corner. However, did not mention anything about parking passes they offered and we ended up paying more than we should have for the first day. It was only until we asked the parking lot attendant that we found out about the parking passes. Other than that, everything was perfect

Súper expensive and old on what they offer

Don't worth it, is a very old hotel extremely basic and the room is not divided as usual on the residence inn

Dear julio, I was disappointed to read your review and learn that you did not enjoy your stay. The Hotel was completely renovated last year, and we just completed the corridor renovation this past February. I understand that you may have received a Studio Suite, which offers the open floor plan for the living and sleeping areas. We do offer the One and Two Bedroom suites, and perhaps on a return visit you could join us in a different room type. Overall great and meeting space.

Very happy with my stay. Breakfast was good. Room was clean. Good neighborhood with lots to do in walking distance and easy access to public transportation. Also rented a meeting room at this hotel and was pleased with the service and pricing.

Our Stay in Beautiful Boston

Pros: Cleanliness of the rooms and dining area
Cons: nothing
Location: As we were only there overnight to see the show, we really didn't get a chance to explore the area.
My family and I were there to see Celtic Thunder at the Orpheum Theater and stayed overnight at this hotel. We were made to feel very welcome and the room was everything Expedia said it would be. The staff was very helpful when we asked about how to get to the theater. Check in and check out were very easy. We would definitely go back again.
