Great Front Desk Staff. Enjoyed each one of them.

Posted Sep 19, 2017
Pros: LOCATION AND ACCOMATIONS
Cons: Better breakfast and cheap bar prices.
Location: Best place to stay when visiting Boston, CVS around the corner, great upscale, mid scale and walk-in fast food restruants. Walk anywhere safely.
Great Location, Great Area, Great Room. LOVED the staff, humorous and friendly. Maybe the best place ever, and I have been in 46 of the 50 States.

Good location, chic idea, critical errors

Posted Aug 18, 2017
Good location, chic interior. Subpar breakfast, terrible sofa bed, price not commensurate with price-nearly 400 per night- better to pay a little more for authentic luxury in a decent location or go to Cambridge for unique good value stays.

While we’re glad you enjoyed our location, it’s disappointing to know that we didn’t manage to impress you at every level during your stay with us. Our goal is always to provide nothing but the best to our guests, and I hope you’ll give us another chance to exceed your expectations. Thank you.

Spacious for a Family

Posted Jul 19, 2017
Pros: The daily breakfast is good. It's a very nice but relaxed hotel!
Cons: The WiFi is terrible, even in the lobby and the one and only desktop in the lobby has issues also. That's very frustrating.
Location: Lot's of things within walking distance including the New England Aquarium and Duck Tours!
It turned out nicer than expected. It's rather out of the way but if you don't mind walking it's totally fine and nice to be out of all the tourist crowd. Having a full kitchen is really handy if you'll be there for more than a day or 2 or you have kids.

It was our pleasure to welcome you to Boston! We’re glad that you enjoyed our peaceful location & the convenience of a full kitchen. However, we’re sorry our WiFi speed was not up to usual standards. We’ll share this with our IT team so that we can resolve any concerns. Thank you for your feedback.

Beautiful hotel!

Posted Jul 16, 2017
This hotel was absolutely beautiful! Fully stocked kitchen, beautiful shower, and comfortable bed. It was a great location for my family, as it was a super easy walk to the aquarium and Children's museum. Would definitely stay there again. Oh! And their continental breakfast was delicious... and no extra charge! Easily park yourself in the garage right next door, or the valet will park for you! This hotel was exactly what we were looking for!

Great hotel. Very convenient!!!

Posted Jul 7, 2017
Pros: The staff was great, especially Anna. She was very helpful and knowledgeable of the area. She helped us a bunch.
Cons: There was some insulation issue with this hotel. I could hear every word the person right above.
Location: It is a quarter mile from the Boston Tea Party museum. Chinatown, Italian North End, Seaport, and Boston Common are walking distance away.
This is a first time I visited Boston with my family and we had a blast. The hotel is conveniently located in the middle of downtown. We walked everywhere from the hotel to Chinatown, Boston Common, and North End. When we need to take Uber to go somewhere, it was so easy and fast for the driver to come and pick us up. I strongly recommend this hotel to many others.

Terrific location with local vibe

Posted Jul 5, 2017
Our family absolutely loved our stay for so many reasons. The inn has renovated and repurposed an old warehouse(?) so it has a lovely charm to it - especially the atrium and windowed elevators which sit in the center. Within the rooms are wooden beams and brick, reminiscent of the original structure - but with all the modern conveniences and comfort. The kitchenette is fully equipped for when you aren't indulging in the wonderful restaurants that have cropped up in the neighborhood. The breakfast is simple yet very satisfying, and most visitors (including us) seemed to enjoy the self-made mini belgian waffles the best. Most of all, the inn doesn't sit within the tourist epicenter of Boston - which is a HUGE plus. It truly felt like our home away from home. Thanks again to the wonderful staff!

Great Boston weeknd

Posted Jul 3, 2017
Pros: Very clean, spacious, attentive and helpful staff
Location: Walkable to Harbor (whale watching, aquarium, duck tours) and very close to Boston Tea Party experience
We had a wonderful family vacation in Boston...the hotel was walkable to the harbor and most other attractions we went to experience. Loved our stay, breakfast included was terrific and well stocked. Wonderful coffee shop in same building if you prefer individual brew/specialty coffee options!
