Expected more. Onsite hotel parking was a hassle.

I expected more for the price. It was fancy and all, but beds weren't comfortable to my or my kids. That's the most important thing. Easily heard noise from bathroom in adjacent room. Parking was a big hassle. I had kayak rack on my car, was directed to park "on the ramp", rather than the parking garage, by the valet on duty. As directed, I informed registration that I self parked on the ramp and to charge it to my room. First, the ladies at registration told me I needed a ticket from them, and then told me I didn't because I wasn't actually in their parking garage. When checking out in the morning, got lots of grief from the valet on duty. Questioning me about why I parked there, did I actually pay, how come I didn't leave my keys (he wanted my keys really bad even though I told him I was leaving within 10 minutes), etc. I did everything I was directed to so, I don't need this junk when I'm getting ready to leave. Poorly managed process. Won't go back. Also, probably in the fine print when I booked but in an expensive room, one would expect a mini fridge to be in place. If I want to fill a sink with ice to keep adult beverages cold, I'd stay at Motel 6. Mini fridge should be standard feature in rooms of this caliber, they are in chains that cost much less.
