Cons: elevator service and elevator noises
- do not get a room near the elevators, worst noise I've ever heard. just in case you get stuck with the room , bring ear plugs as a precaution - poorly run hotel

Convenient or everything: near to T Line, shopping

Pros: Location and comfort.
Cons: Sometimes there is a long wait for an elevator.
Location: Boston Common, Newbury Street, harbour and boat trips.
Spacious and comfortable bedrooms room safe, and superb location.

Smoky

We stay at the Revere with every Boston vacation, so we're very familiar with the hotel. Our check in experience was great, but when we got to our room my husband noticed a smoky smell. He called the desk to see if they're was just some construction in the room or any problems reported by previous occupants. The person who he spoke with was rude and dismissive. He requested that someone come assess the smell but the only solution the front desk came up with was to send housekeeping. My husband told them that it's not a housekeeping issue. We were finally moved to a different location.

Cons: Lobby bar bar stools are terrible. It's strange that they don't serve food in the bar, or have a restaurant.
Stayed one night. We are local, just needed a hotel for the night. This place is fine, nothing fantastic.

The only thing that was to be desired was the elevator, very time consuming.

Pros: Close to downtown Boston
Location: Very well located.
We had a very good stay at your hotel. The room was beautiful and clean. The proximity of the hotel is excellent to visit downtown Boston.

Beautifully renovated, close to the Common

Pros: Everything, especially the comfortable beds, beautiful décor, modern bathroom and convenient location.
Cons: I'd prefer a single handle sink faucet. There was no convenient place to hang my dry towel next to the shower. (
Location: Two blocks from the Public Garden and Boston Common. Near many theaters, restaurants and the T. About a 15-20 minute walk to Faneuil Hall.
The hotel was recently renovated. The rooms are modern, beautiful and immaculate, with plenty of outlets for charging our phones, etc. Wifi was free, fast and strong. The beds were very comfortable, the HVAC was easy to control (which is rare), and the bedside lighting was good (which is also rare). We had two queen beds, and the space was adequate for us and our two adult children. The service was friendly and helpful.

Great location

Wish they had a coffee shop open all day. Only breakfast buffet open in the am. Then a bar in the afternoon. O

Pricey but Boston is not cheap!

Pros: Location, view, staff.
Cons: Could be a little cleaner, breakfast, a few room amenities. Parking is sky high.
Location: Close to theaters, T, Boston Common, ten minute walk to the Prudential Center, plenty of restaurants nearby.
Over all it was pretty good. Hard to justify the cost but tough to beat that cost in the area. If the weather is nice, and one is not hauling suitcases, the walk to the T is short, but if it's raining and you're coming from or going to the airport, not good! If you are planning on going to a performance in the theater district, it's hard to beat. The hotel itself was renovated sometime around 2013 or 14. Our room was pretty nice but had odd lamps, and a carpet in need of a good cleaning. The first night, loud hip hop music could be heard on the 21st floor from the mezanine level! Thankfully not in our ro so much. No microwave or fridge or breakfast or even lobby coffee. Our AC/heat unit leaked and a corner of our room was wet the whole stay. We told them as we were checking out because we didn't want the inconvenience of a repairman. Staff was great.
