Not What We Expected

20 minute wait for check in and we were given a handicapped room. Not a big deal, but for the money... Pokl was unattended without food and beverage service and they were out of towels at 4pm when we went. Parking is $52 overnight. It's attached to a mall that seems to be struggling, a little, but has some nice stores. Close to Fenway a bunch if stuff.

Wi-Fi not included in your stay. Guests must pay a fee. TV channels would lose signal repeatedly. Clean hotel but very basic so don't expect many extras.

Pros: It was comfortable, quiet and near everything we were going to.
We loved it but when they say breakfast until 11 in the lounge but the crew is already cleaning up at 10:00 it makes it hard to get food

Dated hotel with the smell of mildew on everything

The room was never cleaned properly, we arrived into a bathroom with a leftover dirty towel and toothpaste smeared on a shelf, we only got water in the room one day out of 6 nights, had to ask for it for two last nights, never got ice bucket in the room inspite of ice machine on the floor. Very noisy AC unit. They could use a major remodeling. It is not worth the money for sure. Next time will try Marriott next door.

Convent location -walkable

This hotel is conveniently connected to the Prudential shopping centre and the convention centre and very walkable to many sites. Room service was excellent and the room layout was spacious .

I got to the hotel very late in the evening and found the beds comforters thrown into the corner of the room. One bed had a blanket and the other had a sheet. It was 2 am so I wasn't about to wait for someone to come make the room up. When I got back from meetings on day two, I notice some garbage underneath where the blankets were the previous night from a prior guest. Nothing major but still disappointing when your paying that much per night.

Club room

Really enjoyed the amenities of the club room (top floor horse'derves and coffee/tea, but I think for the price it wasn't really worth it. Paid almost $500 and it was just a typical hotel room with free unlimited coffee. Also, if you order a drink it's cheaper through room service than from the downstairs bar for some reason. Anyway no complaints, comfortable room, just wish the prices weren't so high.

Not worth the money

This was the second hotel we stayed at because we pre extended our trip. This hotel was way more expensive then the previous hotel, you have to pay for wifi that only worked in the room, the pool was freezing, room service cost was ridiculous.
