Nice hotel connected to the Hynes Conv Center

Cons: the Boston customer experience could be better... but again its the North East....

For an Older hotel it was good... Hotel staff? well it's Boston... they just don't have the people skills to be Resplendent... but that is what it is... overall experience was great... people are people......

Nice and close to the conference.

Pros: The food and the hotel room.
Cons: Nothing.
Location: Everything was close and convenient.
It was great that the Sheraton was attached to the mall and the Hynes Conference Center. The food at the SideBar and the breakfast place were really good. Room was cleaned on a regular basis. The staff were really friendly and the front desk was very helpful. Great experience!

Great Value

Great value for the price - this is a very nice upper four star hotel with very accommodating staff. Nice facilities. Great workout area. The pool area and water temperature was a little too cold for everyone during the winter visit that we had. The pool would have been spectacular if they kept it warmer.

Impeccable view

We stayed in the south tower and the views were amazing. We were attending a ball that night in the hotel and it's such a wonderful bonus that the hotel connects to the mall where I got my hair and make up done without having to go out into one of the coldest days in Boston.

Beautiful view of Boston

This hotel is so convenient for shopping eating and parking. The view of Boston from our room was amazing.

Nice hotel close to good restaurants

Stayed here during the blizzard and found out all facilities I needed we're here and in the Prudential and Copley place No need to go outside

Nice hotel in a great back bay location

This was my second time staying here. The room type I really wanted was not available. As it turned out, the Model UN participants were at the hotel for their event. It was a little crowded and getting up and down to/from room was delayed a little. But everyone was very nice and it was not a disappointment at all.

Get away for a night!

Location: Prudential Center and Copley Place
Upon pulling up to the hotel, we were greeting by hundreds of teenagers and early adults, the lobby was a sea of them. Went to register and was told they were here for the weekend. There goes the quiet night!!!. We were given a room on the 22nd floor overlooking river, nice view but queen size bed not the king we paid for. Went out and about, enjoyed lunch over at Copley Place and came back to use pool. You could not even see the water as there were so many people in it. Went to bar for a cocktail which was nice and relaxing. Tried to have a early night but between the girls next to use slamming doors till after midnight and the running up and down the halls didn't happen. Set alarm for 6am so we could use the pool, that was very nice. When we checked out it was 25 minutes to get elevator to go to lobby!!! I understand they had a convention but when I told them upon checking in we were looking for a little R&R why in a hotel that large would you put us in the middle of it.

I was in Boston for the NEWEA Conferance. I always stay at the Sheraton in Boston. The Hotel is very clean, some ove the views are spectacular at night. The Staff are very pleasant and friendly.The hotel was very close to everything.
