Pillows galore

Posted Feb 6, 2016
Pros: Location
Cons: Room was too hot and thermostat did not go below 65. I turned it off but it was still too hot for comfortable sleeping, even with window open.
Location: Great location for Symphony, Jordan Hall.
Bed was comfortable but it was an ordeal to get rid of all the extra pillows each night. Room was much warmer than I am used to for comfortable sleeping.

Very nice hotel, great location.

The hotel was very nice. The staff was nice and the room was awesome. You have a great view of the city. The bed was extremely comfortable and the set up was great. The hotel also had a wonderful smell! I would certainly consider staying there again. The only thing is that I wish I knew prior to check in was that there was a 100 dollar security deposit required.

The hotel is in a great location. There is a T stop right outside hotel door and the Prudential Center is right across the street, It's a short walk to Copley Square. The staff was very friendly & helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

In the heart of the city

Pros: Location and comfortable
Cons: Parking is expensive
Location: Prudential center and Newbury street shopping. Walk downtown to the commons, North End, thearter district! Great restaurants, so much right there!
Hotel staff was wonderful! We left a new winter coat in our closet and the housekeeping staff contacted us; shipped it to us the next day.la

Great Location

Posted Jan 6, 2016
Pros: It's modern and clean. Parking is easy and connected to the hotel with access from the garage.
Cons: Speed of elevators
Location: I like that its on the back side of the mall. Easy to get to and quieter for a downtown hotel. easy walking distance to the prudential and Common.
Great Hotel in a great location. Stayed New Years Eve and had a blast walking around Boston. Hotel is close to Copley, Newbury Street and across from the Prudential Mall. It's a quick cab ride anywhere else in the city. The Hotel is small but in great condition with modern rooms, a nice restaurant and great staff. It's the only place that I will stay when visiting Boston.

Pros: Friendly staff, excellent location,
Cons: We had staff knocking on the door asking if we need mini bar service everyday. its not necessary if we need the service we would call the FD
Location: T-Line is right in front of the hotel and the location is just excellent, very close to all the malls and Newbury Street
Great staff and comfort bed and pillows. The location is exceptional with walking distance to fine dining, shopping center and easy access to the Metro. Recommend!

Beste Ausgangslage für die Erkundung von Bosten

Posted Jan 3, 2016
Pros: Das Frühstück im hoteleigenen Restaurant. Sehr freundliches Personal.
Location: Zentral
