Convenient hotel near medical center.

Room was clean and comfortable. Updated TV, working but a bit noisy air conditioner and comfortable mattress.

Great location, great overall experience

We were there for a Thursday afternoon Red Sox game. Great location, as it is walking distance to Fenway Park and the 24 hour parking in the hotel/hospital garage is cheaper than parking in any of the lots for the game. Good proximity to restaurants and bars, and our room was very clean and spacious. The hotel staff was very friendly and approachable. We thought the rate was expensive, but found that's the nature of staying anywhere in the northeast - far more expensive than the midwest. Overall good experience.

Pros: 家族が住むブルックラインへも近く便利でした。部屋は長めの滞在では必要十分でした。
Cons: チェックイン時にスタッフが少なく待たされた点は工夫をお願いします。
Location: フェンエイ球場に近かく、観戦後の帰宅では助かりました。
交通機関のTにはグリーンラインD(Longwood)、E(Longwood Med Area)のどちらへも10分以内で、レストラン、フードコート、コンビニエンスストアが同じ建物にあったのは便利でした。

Small rooms

We had very comfortable beds but the room and bathroom were quite small. Nothing to do in neighborhood, but convenient to colleges. Restaurant's food was delicious, but service was slow and atmosphere was loud...voices really carried!

Decent and not bad.

Pros: Location.
Cons: Appliances.
There was inconsistency with the reserved room. Reserved a one bed room and got one with two. This isn't terrible though, in the end it's all the same. The iron and hair blower don't work. I went to the hotel restaurant to eat but wasn't greeted, so I left. Other than those details, it was a comfortable stay.

Pros: it was reasonably priced and clean and convenient. I ordered room service for a glass of wine and it was delivered within 10min.
Cons: sound proof windows. ambulances all night long.
it was very accommodating for my needs. I was only there 1 night but the room was clean, and the tv worked perfectly....also received my wake up call on time.
