Good quality hotel in a fantastic location.Posted Oct 6, 2015
The stay in Boston was made all the better by our choice of hotel. The Lennox couldn't have been any better situated for great restaurants, shops & local attractions. The Staff were super friendly & helpful with great restaurant recommendations. Only disappointment was the bathroom. Although very clean it could have done with modernising.

Excellent location in desirable area of BostonPosted Oct 3, 2015
Location: Near the Public Gardens, Boston Common, and the theatre district. Also very pleasant strolling through some excellent shopping and dining areas.
Very enjoyable stay in a historic, well-appointed hotel. Location couldn't be better.

A great finish to a long stay in my old home town. Was very pleasantly surprises at the spaciousness of the room. A hotel with great 'character' in a city with one, too. Front desk staff were spot on and top notch. A jazz band in the lobby outside the bar (which looked great but which I did not avail myself of) was just a nice urban touch. The location in the Back Bay is as good as it gets. I would most definitely look forward to another stay at the Lenox when next in Boston.

Downtown BostonPosted Sep 15, 2015
The Lenox is an amazing hotel. The people working there were nothing but friendly and extremely helpful. Nate, Nathan and Nicholas were all great. The hotel is central and within walking distance of a lot of things to do and see.

Lenox - return visitPosted Sep 10, 2015
Pros: Old hotel decorated to retain its character. Good facilities all round.
Cons: Only real negative was first room allocated was noisy from ventilation so was moved when complained. A non-fixable issue so room shouldn't be let.
Location: Easy to get around Boston. Within walking distance of a number of main historical attractions and excellent shopping.
This is a lovely old hotel in a great location. We booked classic rooms which were nicely decorated but small. Would definitely stay again but would go for a more expensive option of rooms.

They couldn't have been nicerPosted Sep 4, 2015
Pros: When we walked in we felt the upbeat atmosphere and it never left us.
Location: Two blocks from Neuberry Street, 5 minute walk to Copely square. Duck tour pickup just around the corner. Hey, it's Boston.
The staff from top to bottom couldn't have been nicer. We had one small glitch when my car was delayed coming back from valet parking. The manager solved the problem immediately and sent a very welcome amenity to our room. Cheers!

Luxury Downtown BostonPosted Sep 1, 2015
Pros: The location, the staff, and the historic charm of the hotel
Location: Favorite part of the trip was discovering Bova's Bakery in the North End. They are open 24 hrs a day and have the most delicious desserts EVER!
We had the pleasure of staying at The Lenox Hotel on our recent trip to Boston. The staff was very welcoming and genuinely interested in making sure that all of our needs were met. They exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay with them again! Our only complaint was that our stay in Boston was too short.

Great except for delay in check-inPosted Aug 24, 2015
Great hotel, but we arrived at 4:30, party of 9, with a check-in time of 3:00pm. and only 1 room was ready, and if we took that room it would be away from the other rooms. We had no choice but to take that room so we had a place to go with all our luggage while we waited for the additional rooms to be available. WE were all exhausted after a day of travel and finally able to get to check-in to the other rooms by 5:15, which were on another floor. The rest of our stay was wonderful. Staff is very helpful, especially the Concierge. The doormen are very friendly and prompt with service and overall a very nice stay. The location is perfect for walking to historical sights, Fenway Park, dining, and shopping.
