Great People, Good Hotel
Great location, easy access to everything Boston. Not fancy but does the trick. People were fantastic, parking easy, cheap parking fee compared to others downtown. U need on sight parking in Boston, no street parking anywhere over night. Great deal over all

The hotel is located in a great spot and it was easy to get around, but there were some things lacking. The hotel is fairly clean, but could certainly use an update. Getting in and out of the parking deck was overly complicated. Vending machines were empty and a general lack of amenities.

This hotel and a motel feel from the outside and the room I had was roomy, comfy, with microwave and fridge. It was great to pull right into parking and walk directly to registration. I would definitely stay here again.

Good but needs uplift.
The rooms are big and clean. The location is excellent. The hotel is dated. The hallways are not good looking and the carpet needs to be replaced. The place needs a major uplift. The price was cheaper than surrounding hotels but it also drew in shady/under serving clientele. However, the staff controlled the situation. To stay over one night is fine but not for long term stay unless they revamp and give the place a good renovation. The staff were helpful and courteous and professional. The hotel should reflect the personality of its staff.

PROS: Easy (though not cheap) parking in the back. The reception staff is very friendly. I was in Boston for surgery at Mass General the next day, and this hotel was conveniently located just 10 minutes away. It was less expensive than the accommodations that offered special MGH prices. CONS: 1. The walls are thin and my room adjoined rooms on either side (there were doors), so from one side there was loud music and on the other we could clearly hear what was probably normal conversation. Fortunately, neither went on very late, but it was difficult to relax on a Sunday night. 2. Anyone with multiple chemical sensitivity should be aware that the bed linens are laundered with scented products. 3. The pillows are the big puffy kind that keep your neck at an uncomfortable angle. I ended up rolling a towel inside a pillowcase.

The price was right and Midtown is near many wonderful restaurants, as well as Prudential Center. The hotel is older but clean. The staff was helpful and friendly.

This is a low-cost hotel, so you get what you pay for. It is just next door to Northeastern University, where my daughter and I were visiting, so location is really incredible. However, once again, you get what you pay for. The first room they put us in just smelled bad. Like nasty. It wasn't the bathroom, it was the room itself, and it smelled of mold, mildew and dirty feet. We asked to change the room (128) and they gave us another one (126) that was better, but not perfect; it smelled too, just not as bad. Like other people have reviewed, the place is old, and the rooms all have carpets, which over years accumulate a lot of stuff. That's my conclusion at least. The evening was quiet, no problem with noise.

Excellent location, clean and quiet are the most important features to me. Otherwise, the amenities were disappointing especially the lack of working electrical outlets and no USB ports. Knowing that, I would stay there again because the price is very reasonable considering the location.

Loved staying here for 4 nights. Super friendly and helpful staff, and a cozy large room. Great location that is close to everything, and really easy to get to and from the airport on public transport. Will definitely stay here again!
