Letdown instead of Midtown ...Posted Feb 2, 2016
Cons: Handicapped access would greatly improve things.
Location: Great location! Not too far from the Prudential center & downtown/back bay areas which are good for shopping & dining.
I booked this hotel as I was pleased w/ the location on the map. Being handicapped, I was very disappointed though by the setup of the hotel as u have to either walk up the stairs to or get on an elevator from the parking area and then take stairs to get to the front desk. Initially I wasn't acknowledged at the front desk until they realized I really had a problem walking/standing, when they did I was treated quite well & they had a very nice gentleman help me back to my car & I got to my room. When I put on the tv, the screen said 'no signal' so that was another red flag. I called the front desk & they had a maintenance man come & he finally fixed it. All in all it wasn't the greatest place, then again it wasn't the worst of the worst either, just be mindful of these 2 issues.

Great location in Back BayPosted Jan 31, 2016
We were pleasantly surprised by our room that was both spacious and very clean. Although from the outside this hotel looks rundown and there aren't many amenities, the rooms look recently renovated and the location can't be beat. We were in town for an audition at Berklee and I wanted to show my son a little of the area. We easily made our way from the airport by train to within a block of the hotel. Walking from the hotel to the college, shopping areas of Back Bay and to the Public Gardens was easy and convenient. There's a great breakfast restaurant one block away and many other good restaurants in the area. The concierge was very helpful in holding our bags after checkout and arranging an economical shuttle (we were the only ones on board) to the airport instead of a taxi. The front desk staff was friendly and agreeable and offered us a discount on a future stay. Overall this hotel more than suited our needs for the weekend.

Great location, value for money...Posted Jan 29, 2016
Pros: Great location. Super-clean room with a street view.
Cons: Hotel interiors in general (except room) could definitely use a renovation.
Location: Very close to Prudential Center , Boylston and Newbury streets, hence great shopping opportunity. Also close to Mass Ave, to take a bus to Cambridge.
I stayed for 10 nights for a business trip. The hotel is close to downtown area and key locations such as Prudential Center, Boylston Street, Newbury Street, Copley Sq. and at least 2-3 T stations. The hotel interiors may be improved, but my room was super clean and I had no problems whatsoever. Can definitely stay here again in the future. Great value for money, as all the other hotels were over-expensive for my budget...

If I go Boston again, I would stay here.Posted Jan 25, 2016
I'm tourist who is from South Korea. I'm not that good at English, so I might do some mistakes when I talk with them. But they caught what I want to say, and gently let me know what I need to do. Room was clean and cozy. There was no problem when I was there. Also, I felt safe in room. The most important thing when I choose a hotel is location. About the location, The midtown hohel is located in heart of downtown Boston, so I could go anywhere I want. There are Orange line and Green line around the hotel. I think it is fantastic thing!

Great locationPosted Jan 22, 2016
Location: Visit Northeastern University and go to The Shop at Prudential Center, and then to shop in Newbury Street.
The midtown hotel is right next to Christian Science Center and Northeastern University (it has a very beautiful campus) and Symphony (prepare for traffic jam when a show ends). A few blocks away from Boylston and Newbury. The room per se is very comfortable and roomy for its price.

Good LocatitationPosted Jan 18, 2016
Good staff people. They have a problem with the heater, when we got to the room the temperature was 90 degrees, way to hot! We had to open windows and control the temperature

불편함 없이 매우 편했어요 단지 추울때 히터가 위로만 바람이 가기때문에 밤에 조금 추울수도 있다는것이 단점

Vieille Hotel non rénové, WIFI PLUS QUE DÉCEVANT!!! Pratiquement inexistant. Quelques restos a proximité mais pas beaucoup de choix.

Loistava sijaintiPosted Jan 6, 2016
Pros: Sijainti erinomainen, henkilökunta 10+
Cons: Huoneet kulahtaneet, ilmastointi ei toiminut 100%
Location: Kahden metrolinjan pysäkit max 10min kävelymatkan päässä. Prudental Centeriin kävely n. 5min jossa paljon ravintoloita ja putiikkeja.
Hotellin lähistöllä paljon hyviä ravintoloita sekä kahden eri linjan T-pysäkkiä (Green ja Orange Line). Huoneen sängyt mukavat. Seinät todella ohuet samoin ikkunat, suosittelen huonetta kujan puolelta. Respan henkilökunta erittäin ystävällistä ja avuliasta.
