Wow - spotlessly clean, everything seemed pristine and suited our needs perfectly. Very central location, would definitely stay again. The breakfast, although continental, was abundant with choice. Staff were lovely and very helpful and friendly. No reflection on the hotel, but we did have a nightmare parking - we parked in the "long Stay" Staniland Car Park (5 min walk) - ridiculously, you can't extend your stay after 8am, so I needed to get up early to move it (no return ruling!) which rather annoying .... I moved it to the nearest car park to the hotel (West End, PE21 8SS) - not sure of it's the same issue here.

It looks great once you enter inside. Nice, clean with good lighting. Breakfast is limited but adequate. Comfortable bed. A bit suffocating in the room with no air-condition. Fan given as alternative is very noisy. Opening the windows also noisy through the night. Room servicing/cleaning is bad. Towels not changed, glasses etc left as is though needed cleaning/replacement. Had to ask multiple times.

Nice hotel. Terrible experience
The hotel itself was nice enough. Modern, clean, in a great location and a good price. On a different night the stay may have been different but on the night of our stay it was roasting in the room due to no air conditioning. The window opened on to a back alley which was incredibly noisy from some sort of machinery. We had youngsters playing loud music in the room next to us until 4am!! They were running up and down the corridor banging doors and shouting. Because of the late night we missed breakfast due to not being able to get up in time. There didn't seem to a member of staff on hand to speak to even when we left. I have tried to contact the hotel but had no reply. Awful stay and was shattered after
