We only stayed 1 night for a college visit and the concierge was excellent, recommending us some places for quick sightseeing and had great restaurant recommendations. Everything within walking distance.

Good location, very nice lobby staff, vibe is lovely. Room was dirty on arrival, but housekeeping came and cleaned it, very apologetic. The elevators were dirty and it took over 24 for housekeeping to clear room service dishes left in the hallways on multiple occasions. Overall I would stay there again for the convenience of the location and the staff, but hope they can clean it better.

The parking garage for this hotel does not accommodate large SUVs easily. It would’ve been $90 per day. However, one of the bills outside of the hotel told me a cheaper parking option in Copley place.

This hotel experience was beyond disappointing. Despite an emergency, my wife was refused check-in because I couldn't be there personally, even though she had my passport and all necessary documents. No reasonable alternatives were accepted by “Joy” (ironic?), despite my wife feeling unwell. I had to excuse myself from an important meeting and endure a 30-minute Uber ride each way just to get her into the room to rest. The staff’s lack of compassion, especially after learning about her recent loss of her brother and urgent need to rest, was shocking. Joy’s manager’s justification to me? She could have been a criminal that had stolen my documents, hacked my email and impersonated my voice just to get into my room. Racism? Sexism? You tell me. No apologies… nothing. To make matters worse, the promised $30 food/beverage credit turned out to be a deceitful scheme. It was never applied to food purchases, instead, it was used to offset another dubious daily fee. Food quality at breakfast was also disappointing. This lack of transparency and empathy is unacceptable, especially in a so-called "high end" hotel. Save yourself the trouble and stay at the Fairmont instead, where you'll find superior service, honesty in billing and LeLabo toiletries.

I love the location. The property itself is ok. It was clean, staff was nice. I did not like how there was no free WiFi. The bath tub did not drain properly. Overall I would come back I think. Can’t beat that location.

Terrific hotel! So convenient to any part of the city and connected to Copley, which has a new Italian eatery and other small and large restaurant options you can enjoy without going outside on a rainy/cold day. Our hotel room was extremely comfortable, and the staff were very friendly, making the whole stay so enjoyable. Great gym too to work off all the delish Boston Food. Our family felt the Westin was a very good value for the money. Check it out.

I totally dislike the fact that we were forced to vallet park whether we liked it or not to an additional charge of $70! I ordered breakfast in my room and automatically they added gratuity to my bill!!! Insane!!! Not to mention the rude staff from Vallet parking. Never again.

The elevators took a long time to get to the lobby. I had to wait 20 minutes on the 24th floor on Friday evening to get to the lobby.

Top notch and worth every dime. The property was clean and convenient. The staff was supremely professional. I also have a tricky food allergy and in that scale of a property on one of the busiest days of the year in Boston, the chef, Chef Everton, made sure I had something to eat. He made me an allergen free dish. I felt cared for. Thank you to all of the Westin Copley place team!

Front desk & concierge service was impeccable, especially from Damien & Yasim. Our suite had the best view in Boston and was spacious with fantastic mattress, bedding, pillows, robes and bathroom amenities. The location is perfect as well, with my favorite local restaurant (Sorellina) directly across the street. Shopping for every style and budget is connected to the Westin. The only negative is the very low level of sound insulation through the doors for attached rooms.

We were there for a girls overnight. The room was very nice and clean. My only complaint is the destination fee of $30, what is this for? They gave us a credit of $30 if you used it in the restaurant or bar, which is great, but then turned around and charge us $30 for a destination fee! What is the point???

I would have expected the room to have been cleaner for the price we paid to stay at this property. It seems that the pull-out bed that we used for our two young kids had not been changed. We found crumbs all over the sheets. When we asked someone to change the sheets, they shook the crumbs onto the floor and left (without cleaning up the mess). The crumbs remained on the floor for the duration of our stay. I appreciate that the hospitality industry is short-staffed, but this is unacceptable. The rest of the hotel is pleasant (staff in the bar and at the front desk were very helpful and professional)

I loved the location of this hotel. I was able to walk to restaurants and around the city, and there are many public transit options nearby. The hotel room was very nice and clean. The staff were all very helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel.
