Nothing special

Posted Aug 30, 2015
Pros: The location.
We stayed in the Fabulous room. There were five of us and the room was way too tight. In the description, the room said it fits four people, and a roll-away bed is also available if needed, so we assumed it would be big enough for five. The staff just dropped off the roll-away bed by the door. We had to set it up ourselves and it barely fit in the room. After we set it up, the rest of us were unable to actually get to the door since the bed blocked our way to the door. They shouldn't make the roll-away bed an option if it doesn't fit comfortably in the room. The AC was pretty loud and blows in your face if you're sitting on the side of the room where the it's located, thus we woke up with headaches. I was the first to take a shower and found a broken shower head. The staff was very quick to repair the shower head, but it was still an inconvenience. The staff was overall welcoming and helpful. The lounge is somewhat trendy, but it didn't impress me, along with the rest of the hotel's appearance. To park your car there costs around $50 dollars. You're able to take your car in and out of the hotel, but you must call 20 minutes in advance.

Road Trip

This is a great location if your taking in Red Socks game. Close to Chinatown and good food there. Park up the street is cool with lots going on. Lots of colleges in the area. The neighborhood is home to theaters and a busy and vibrant club scene. Comedy club across the street. I am not a big chain restaurant guy, but if you are they are right there. Would stay here again.

Great!

Cons: My Fabulous room didn't have a coffee maker. They do offer complimentary coffee in the lobby.
The W Boston is a great hotel. The rooms are clean, the beds are super comfy and the Bliss amenities are great. The location is perfect, shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. Will certainly stay there again.

Great hotel in a great city. Would have liked to have been a little closer to North End, but the hotel was near Boston Common which was nice.

Nice hotel, good location but...

Posted Aug 15, 2015
Pros: General look, location.
Cons: Room cleaning.
We've stayed only for a 1 night, hotel is very nice, staff very good and helpful but paying over $400 for per night in a so called upscale hotel you would expect room to be very clean. Our room wasn't that clean, there was a dust at many spots like TV, phone, shelves ect. It was disappointing that in such a famous and expensive hotel you see such a things. We won't come back there.

Nice hotel/hip loud

Posted Aug 15, 2015
Nice rooms and very hip vibe but on a weekend night it sounds like a riot outside when they let the bar out for about an hr. People hanging outside hotel drunk and street noise. You don't want a room facing front of hotel.

Great location, excellent staff

Posted Aug 7, 2015
Cons: The parking was too expensive, $51 per day.
The hotel is in an excellent location. It is easy to walk all over the city. All staff were very courteous and helpful. The valet parking is $51 per day, it is best not to have a car in Boston. You can uber or take the subway anywhere you want to go.

Good stay.

Pros: Staff was helpful.
Cons: Check-in at the time they stated.
Location: Boston Common, Harpoon Brewery, Fenway Park
I felt the room was somewhat overpriced and we had issues checking in but the staff provided free drinks while we waited and free parking as compensation. Overall it was a good visit.

Nice hotel. Pretty central to everything.

There was not enough drawers or easy access to unpack. No dresser and floor plan was odd. Could be that we were in a corner room. Every single employee that worked at this hotel was outstanding and always did above and beyond. So polite, so friendly and all of them always smiling and so willing to help in any way.
