Worst place I have been in

HORRIBLE, room smelled ,bed sheets were dirty with what looked like tobacco. Ended up have Expedia change our hotel without any penalties. Thanks Leslie from Expedia

Horrible Service & Smelled Like Fish

I booked this room for one of my workers. Booked it for 8 days, paid a ridiculous amount of money, so I thought surely, it would be decent. From the day he arrived he received horrible, horrible service. TWICE he was told he didn't have a reservation and/or that he was booked for only one night. Again, I booked it and paid for 8. He received a call from a very nasty woman telling him he things are in the lost and found because he only paid for one night and it was 30 mins past check-out time. He tried reasoning w/ her and asked if he could email her the confirmation number, but she insisted it had to be a fax. He didn't have access to a fax and she continued to be incredibly rude. He finally had to leave the jobsite he was on and take her the reservation number in person...but not before she again threatened putting his things in lost and found. Once he provided her the reservation number, she never once apologized or acknowledged her horrible customer service. Luckily, he ended up not having to stay the entire 8 days. I will never, ever again use Extended Stay at this location or any. He also told me that the room which was supposed to have TWO BEDS, only had one...and the entire room smelled of fish. Do not book here.

Very noisy. Had kids running around upstairs. Did not know they don't clean the rooms everyday. Other places that charged the same clean the rooms everyday.

Overcharged

Another run down Extended Stay with smelly rooms, hallways and as always unprofessional staff. Now, I've been overcharged by $180 and I'm having to fight it out with them with my credit card company.

Good for the price

Bare bones room with all you need a comfortable bed and pillows and a microwave. I would rate it higher except the noise from the hallway (people in and out of their rooms after 11:30pm) kept waking me up. The doors are loud.
