Need to have better control of there guests.
The room is comfortable and I have no complaints about that. Very clean, good temperature control. The last night of my 4 night stay there was a loud family across the hall. I needed to get some sleep early because I had to get up at 4:30 to catch a early train. Because of the noise I only fell asleep around midnight. The other issue was a couple downstairs that let there dogs run around outside for hours. This made it impossible to exit through the closest door to me and I would have to walk to the front of the hotel (middle exit was closed at least 1 day for painting) to exit the building. Also, the dogs running around in the parking lot almost got hit by a car twice that I saw. There is no security in the hotel and the lady at the front desk in the evenings just sits there and acts grumpy.

Overall is okay. The annoying part is breakfast. They offer a buffet breakfast; however, you must ask staff for hash browns and scrambled eggs, which I have never seen in other places. Also, the staff does not regularly refill the breakfast items in the small fridge such as eggs and yogurt which are mostly running out in the fridge. I would suggest the property if you do not want to provide an item to the guest in breakfast just remove the items from the list. It's very embarrassing to ask the staff every time.

Room service was pathetic. Even after frequent reminders rooms were not cleaned for 2 nights. No towels were changed. Instead of taking responsibilty, staff were vocal enough to say feel free to give reviews about the hotel. Would never advice anyone to stay in this hotel

The wifi was very good. Good variety of breakfast choices. Coffee was a little weak. I did not like that they serve you eggs and sausages. Self serve is how most hotels operate. Based on this, I might stay somewhere else.

No room cleaning
I booked one room for 3 nights, they never came for cleaning the room. I asked the front desk’s manager he told me: we don’t have enough staff to clean your room!!! So I cleaned my room and took the garbage out and else. The next day he told I will put your room the first one for cleaning crew, but still nothing happened. If you want to stay in this hotel for more than one night, bring your own garbage bag and gloves and cleaning stuff. Room cleaning is DIY here.
