The beds are the absolute most uncomfortable beds I have ever been/slept on, almost unbearable. The breakfast is free which is nice but it’s honestly terrible. I have been to other best westerns that the breakfast was so much better there. The room was clean, I loved the hard wood flooring instead of carpet. The blankets were super thin. The area/location was nice, felt very safe, and was within walking distance of several neat places to check out. The hotel is pet friendly but doesn’t have the best on site dog relieving area (no grass), however there is some within some walking distance. Overall not the worst place to stay, however the bed was so uncomfortable that I wouldn’t stay here again for that reason alone.

Rooms are adequate but not in the best condition ....frayed bedding, scratched furniture. The room was clean but given score of 3 as we received no housekeeping for the 3 day stay despite requesting and being advised we would receive ( in the end, reception staff provided fresh towels and did quick service of room ). Breakfast was fine but would not stay again if in the area.

The elevator was broken, noisy neighbors, the room doors were accessible to anyone from outside, no breakfast included. The air conditioner and fan made lot of sound and we couldn’t sleep. Avoid this hotel.

Checkin was awful. We arrived later afternoon and no one was at the front counter. Lobby doors locked. We waited 10 full minutes for sometime to arrive and unlock the door for us to check in. Very odd. We were then informed the hot tub wasn’t working. The hot tub is one of the main reasons we booked this hotel. Nowhere on the website did it state the hot tub was out of service. It appeared to us the hottub hasn’t been in service for years, nor will it be. So not only did the front desk clerk lie to us, the hotel was unwilling to give us a discount or partially refund us. Room was dirty, tub drain didn’t work, and there was mold in the grout tub surround. Wayyyyy overpriced for value. Thumbs down and a 1 star!

It has not been down very long and we are working with the proper teams to move forward. There are times the front desk staff need to attend to guests that have already checked in. As far as your other concerns I will look into this information, we hope you'll consider joining us again in the future.

After a long drive, this place was just what i needed. Very comfortable and clean with several restaurants within walking distance. Front desk was welcoming and even had treats for the dogs! I always love staying at Best Western hotels

Loud music outside the office and by pool until 9pm. Staff said they weren't allowed to turn it off. We moved after the 1st night to the far end of the complex and it was better. Breakfast is marginal. Thin walls - turned on AC for "white noise" but it was very noisy.

I have stayed here many times. I was disappointed this time since I was not able to check into my room until 5pm since it was not ready. I got there at 3:30, suppose to be able to check in at 4pm. Needless to say I had lots of time to kill. The other disappointing thing was the breakfast. Before we were sent to the restaurant across the street which was excellent. This time it was in house and there was not an option for anything healthy. The eggs sere obvious powder and tasted horrible, no fruit or oatmeal, the sausage was very greasy.

What was nice was that my husband and I could just walk to get something to eat What we didn’t like was that the room was a little stuffy and it was hard to unjust the thermostat. But Al in all it was very nice

The person who checked us in was so helpful & kind! The room was exactly what I thought it was going to be. My family of 4 (7 & 10 year old kids) shared the pull out couch bed in the suit style room. Breakfast was great!

Our room had alot of issues . The TV wouldn't turn on with the remote, I had to call the front desk to come over and turn it on manually, she stated this happens alot and left. Once I turned the TV off, I couldn't get the it turned back on. I tried several times to turn it on manually but gave up frustrated. The room next to us was so loud that I still hear everything they said even with my earplugs in!! Finally at 1am they quit. Lastly, after a rough night, a nice hot shower sounded good before breakfast. I tried for 15 minutes for hot water, thinking it needed time to heat up and what I got wasn't close to pee warm water. We decided to check out and mentioned our issues to the front desk person who got a bit defensive instead making note to the room issues. My overall experience was terrible, for the amount of money you pay for the hotel, taxes, etc., a quiet room, comfortable bed and a hot shower is not to much to ask for. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!!

No Pool
Booked this over a cheaper neighboring property due to the amazing pool pics on your site. Got there and the Pool was closed until spring. It’s an indoor pool so this makes no sense. Room was clean and ok but nothing amazing

We were very pleased, only problem were the mattresses were not very comfortable. We also suggest that the light switch for the bathroom be on the right side of the door rather than the left, my husband using his cane struggled to find the light switch. I forgot to bring our motion light to help when we are in a different environment. We were very pleased with our over-all experience.

They didn't even have the handicap room I booked told me the third party I booked with never told them about it Had to take a handicap room with only one bed for to people Thanks Expedia your not very good and I would advise others not to do business with you guys thanks for ruining my trip

This hotel advertised an indoor pool that would quote "be great for parents when its cold outside." But when we areived the pool was closed for the season, there isn't anywhere on the website that says the indoor pool closes for the season. The pool is the only reason I booked this place. The beds were hard as rocks, it was so still that if you flopped down to hard you would hurt yourself. Housekeeping kept passing our room up even though I signed a form stating I wanted housekeeping everyday. The only thing I liked about this place was the free breakfast. But I will never be going back.

I appreciate you following up, non-refundable reservations are discounted rates because the agreement states you won't be getting any compensation should anything happen. There are other rates that allow you flexibility for cancellation without penalty.

Hotel was fine but all of the rooms are only accessible from the outside. And when people walk by your room it’s quiet load. Breakfast in the morning was great.
