“Very beautiful home, worked great for our educational trip. About 18 minute drive to Convention center, Walmart is 2 miles away for food. Thanks for hosting our group of 10 of us! Only 2 showers so took a little longer to get everyone showered in the mornings. ”

“Arrived and there was confusion as the reservation was for much longer than what we reserved. Host actually stayed they were coming after us and staying in the same place after we left so when we checked out the hotel didn’t want to check us out as the reservation was for several more days. I still haven’t received my credit for the incidentals charged at check in. I didn’t realize the host was using my reservation to also stay at the hotel. Not ideal and kinda shady ”

But to my surprise, I discovered the day before that I couldn't gather my friends and family to celebrate my birthday at the residence. Even though I respected the noise and schedule rules, the host stated that only 16 people are allowed in the residence, even if they're not sleeping. In other words, more than 5 couples with children exceeds the permitted capacity. And after that, no refund is……
