The front desk & breakfast staff were great! The continental breakfast was one of the best we've had! The hotel is in need of updates but we would stay again.

Very pric Nice hotel but very pricey

Posted Jul 4, 2017
We stayed one night .the first room they gave us, someone's belongings were still in the room. Went down and got a different room. The door latch was messed up,had to slam it shut. I did report it. The lady in the breakfast area was very rude, one guy came in and she asked him for his ticket, he said he wasn't eating, when he walked away, she said "what are you doing in here than ."

Hi Sue, Although the city is known for higher rates, we make it our goal to be the most competitively priced upper-mid scale hotel in Boulder. I am sorry if you found the price to be high. Ari

Close to campus

Posted Jul 3, 2017
While it is kinda pricey, it is very close to campus, so I get it. It is still in need of renovations. Room smelled really stuffy when I got there.

Bland hotel, dreadful location for leisure!

Posted Jun 6, 2017
Pros: Clean rooms.
Cons: Breakfast
Location: Get in your car and drive to Downtown, or the parks!
The hotel is located on the side of a busy road, each room it seems, has a balcony with views of the car park or if you are on the inner circle the pool. The rooms are clean and of a good standard but it's a place to stay for business not leisure. Breakfast was basic and on Sunday by 9.30, they had run out of croissants, fresh fruit, orange juice and the other breads and pastries were dry and stale. I enquired about more croissants or fruit and it was explained that these were delivered on Friday's and they had simply run out. Sunday we were disturbed by the maid knocking on the door before 9am. We spent considerable time trying to work out what the PLUS gave us - we didn't conclude!

Decent location

Conveniently located across the highway from campus. It's an older property but the rooms are renovated. We had a hard time parking since construction in the parking lot took up all the spots near our room.
