Concierge Tayler was outstanding, absolutely helpful as was the Saturday evening concierge also whose name I do not know, shorter, black hair, bangs. terrific personality helped us get to and fro with the dubious Boulder cab service. Bartender Breanna Saturday night was also terrific. All these folks with great people skills, made the Marriott a great experience.

Very nicely decorated

Pros: Dining /lounge area was very inviting and cosy.
Cons: Put a fan in the bathroom
Nicest Marriott I've ever stayed in! Good size rooms and bathroom.

Awesome staff, great location!

The service at this hotel was some of the best I have experienced. It was on par with any 4.5-5-star hotel. The lobby area had been refreshed and the food was very good. The location is great for the business traveler as you have access to anything you need within walking distance. My only knock on the hotel where the hotel floors. I assume they will be refreshed at some point. They were dated. I would not hesitate to stay there again!

Perfect choice.

Pros: The staff was the best we have experienced at a Marriott hotel. Extremely helpful, professional and friendly.
Location: The location is terrific. Near Pearl Street walking mall and CU Boulder campus.
We were visiting Boulder for a college visit with our son.

Hotel was excellent. Disappointed because it had reserved two queen beds through Expedia and was told by the hotel staff this was not a guarantee. Was put on one queen with a pull out couch day one; they did move us to two queen beds the second night of our three day stay.
